It was emotional. Like Veer was making sure all patients were accommodated properly and he missed Rani but he felt her presence, turned back and saw her and he ran and did his thing.
Birju changed his expressions within seconds when he found out that Veer owned this hospital...idk if that is good or bad but oh well it was an alright episode I guess...

RAniSa tear eyed could well be that if Rani is gone forever she has lost veer forever
n if torture was her feats not killing completely then she was shaken what veer will do if he knows that her plan misfired
Becoz Veer was Rani absorbed mind body n soul when Ranisa called that he never asked why she called
His hands were shaking when he was operating . He recalled all the sweet moments between them so he decided he had to give her birthday wish . He was so sorry . A very emotional scene.
Veer staying in jail depends on the love Ranisa has for Veer. Ranisa knows Rani has a place in Veer's heart. She was saying u will change your stand Veer after today and see her plans flopped big time.
I was seeing episode 14 where Ranisa was telling Veer he would never be her son and she would never love him.
Today's episode I felt she feels something for this son. Something is there and she will surely compete with Rani . The proofs r with Ranisa and the secret only she knows
