So it is clear that Vashma is carrying a Sahini and that is why Zubeda threatened her with killing her child. So why is Farooq tolerating it? As a way of spreading hate or as a revenge tool?

Farooq now knows the truth, whose child is (as shown in precap). So clearly he gonna use it to spread hate and also revenge, not only from udhay, but also from sahani family.

Initially it was a way to preserve his izzat, coz Vashma threatened to tell everyone the child is illegitimate and that she has not allowed Faruq to touch her + he was not aware of who the father was, so he could not blindly direct any attack. Now he will attempt to eliminate the Sahanis and extort revenge on Amrit, potentially try to molest her on account of Uday, especially because Amrit has expressed in front of his eyes that she was aware of the truth too. Zaheda may have threatened Vashma, but she has not endangered her married future by telling Faruq the truth, so Faruq is still under the impression that noone apart from Vashma knows the child aint his. Let us see what happens moving forward.

Farooq knows from the start as she never let him touch her.... Her mom also knows its Uday's child, although it was never shown how she came to know.
