In Malayalam, it was badke kaka who manaoed her.

In ishti it's archi who brought her back but that track was a little different from this.

I think it will be illness bahana of badke kaka that will bring her back ya Nishant will come to pd, see adilie as a couple but faint at the spot. Then Imlie is brought back to take care of Nishant.
