Any sentient adult would still be able to watch it. So it wouldn't be censorship. Simply rating to tell people what to expect.

I won't argue against rating, but banning content involving consenting adults should not be done.

Fair enough.

Either way this particular show was kind of asking for problems tbh

Censorship to some extent is necessary and present in pretty much every country...

And from what I know about this series they were kind of asking for a ban showing 12-13 year olds heavy drinking, consuming drugs and having sex as if it's the norm...

There is even a scene where two girls who look like pre-teens are stating that society is regressive or something to that effect for saying they are too young for sex 🤓

It's not only very unrealistic (even for the west, let alone India) but but also appears to be promoting and justifying pedophilia, just like the infamous (and disgustingly named 🤢) Cuties 😡

I watched it and nothing of what you mentioned in bold happened in this show :3

I saw a clip floating online of this show where school girls were taking pics of their 'developed' curves and sending it to some guy. They were also taunting another one about how she's not 'developed' enough to be a part of all this.

FOE bhi consider krlo toh it's one thing to show teens talk about this stuff and another to show them actually focusing the camera on their 'curves' n all. This in plain words is sexualizing young girls and nothing else. Ab ye feminism mein kaise count ho gaya God knows.

There has to be a line when it concerns teens/kids.

Anything which encourages child p*rn should be banned. Millions of kids get exploited in the name of child p*rn and pedophilia. Here I am supporting them.

I have seen clips of it online...

Maybe they cut it out or you missed it or something?

There is only one scene of a teen doing drugs and she was supposed to be at a parent supervised party that got out of hand. There is nothing like portraying it as the norm in the show. Infact that's the first time she does drugs and she ODs so they sort off give the message of how harmful it is.

And there is only one pre-teen in the show that is Pooja Bhatt's daughter. And she doesn't have sex in the show. Or idk if they cut it.

Im in UAE right now so it's possible that something was cut here considering how conservative it is.

The one scene I can agree was inappropriate was what someone above mentioned about focusing on the teenage girls' curves. They shouldn't do that on camera.
