Chicken Chettinad is one of the BEST chicken dishes ever, and it originated in Chennai. Kerala has the best spicy pork curry in the country second only to Nagaland's smoked pork dishes. Not to mention the unlimited fish dishes.

Though, to be fair, only Kerala has some variety in food. The rest of the states are mostly all pretty uniform and one-note when it comes to food.

The only thing I don't like about kerala cuisine are the desserts. Not my taste at all.
