Urmila was in her room, working on her laptop and busy in her files. Suddenly she heard a knock at the door and turns around to find Sumitra.

URMILA- choti maa.. ayiye na..

Sumitra enters her room with a smile while Urmila gets up from her place and moves towards Sumitra.

SUMITRA- kuch kar rahi ho.? Am I disturbing you.?

Asked Sumitra looking at the laptop and files on the bed while Urmila shook her head denying.

URMILA- bilkul nahi.. you can't disturb me..

Sumitra smile at her words.

URMILA- actually.. neend nahi arahi thi. Isliye socha, kuch office ka kam kar lu..

Said Urmila looking at her laptop and then at Sumitra.

URMILA- aap ayiye na.. please sit..

She holds Sumitra's hand and takes her towards the bed. She makes space for Sumitra by keeping the files aside and makes her sit.

SUMITRA- where is Manvi.?

URMILA- Bharat bhaiya has returned late from office na.. so she is with him, serving him dinner..

Sumitra nods at her when she told about Manvi. She bows down and was thinking about how to start her conversation for which she has came here. Urmila could witness some tension on Sumitra's face. She settled down beside her on bed and keeps her hand on Sumitra's hand, gaining her attention.

URMILA- what happened choti maa? Koi baat hai..?

Sumitra smile at her lightly and forwards her hand towards her to touch her left cheek.

SUMITRA- baat to hai beta..tumhari baat hai..

Urmila looks confused hearing her words. Sumitra takes her hand back and again bows her head down.

SUMITRA- I am feeling very guilty Urmila. Kahi.. chain nahi araha hai.. mujhe..

Said Sumitra controlling her emotions making Urmila more confused.

URMILA- aapki tabyet to theek hai na choti maa? You're fine right...

Asked Urmila getting worried. Sumitra looks at her and nods her head in yes.

SUMITRA- I am fine.. but I can witness that.. you are not fine..

Said Sumitra looking straight into Urmila's eyes watching for her expressions. Urmila gets startled for a moment.

SUMITRA- whatever is happening in our family from last two months.. abhi bhi kuch theek nahi ho paya hai.. and.. don't know when it would get fine..

Sumitra looks worried thinking about the scenario and condition of their family. Urmila kept on looking at her trying to understand what she is saying.

SUMITRA- didi hai, jo ki apni zidd par adi hui hai. We all don't know how much time she will take to bring Ram and Siya back..

Said Sumitra looking at her while Urmila bows her head down feeling somewhat angry with Kranti.

SUMITRA- aise me..you and Lakshman are suffering the most Urmila.

Said Sumitra getting emotional while Urmila looks at her in a jerk. Sumitra takes a moment to collect her words and then continued.

SUMITRA- tum Lakshman ke pas chali jao Urmila..

Said Sumitra in a sudden making Urmila surprised. She could witness the pain in Sumitra's eyes plus her voice. Sumitra's hands were shivering and she could sense that. Urmila bows her head down and gulped her emotions. Sumitra gave her time to reply her back.

URMILA- aap mujhe iss ghar se bhaga rahi hai choti maa..?

Said Urmila in a smirk while Sumitra gets surprised with her reaction. She thought that Urmila will cry or react in another way. But here, she was taking these things in a joke.

URMILA- you're fed up of me or what..? That's why you're sending me to my husband..

Said Urmila in a pout while at the other moment Sumitra laughs at her lightly. Urmila too started laughing watching her. Sumitra wipes her tears from her eyes and then looks at Urmila.

SUMITRA- you very well know what I am thinking..

Urmila nods her head in yes understanding what Sumitra is exactly trying to say.

SUMITRA- Lakshman is very ziddi Urmila. Jab tak didi Ram aur Siya ko wapis nahi bula leti, tab tak wo bhi nahi ayega ..

Said Sumitra sounding serious while Urmila smile at her lightly.

SUMITRA- in this situation, how long you both are going to stay like this..?

Questioned Sumitra while Urmila sighed a deep breath.

URMILA- jab tak sab theek nahi ho jata..

Answered Urmila with a smile making Sumitra a little surprised. Urmila holds her both the hands and continued.

URMILA- Lakshman and I together have chosen this life for us choti maa. No one has forced us in this.

Sumitra kept on looking at her hearing her words while Urmila continued.

URMILA- unko apne bhaiya bhabhi ke liye jo bhi karna hai, for that I am completely with him. For that if we have to stay like this, then it's fine for me..

Urmila said with a sad smile on her face making Sumitra emotional.

URMILA- you know what choti maa.? I feel I am very lucky.. that Lakshman is my husband.

Sumitra smile at her words while Urmila bows her head down.

URMILA- aaj kal ke zamane me, Raghuvanshi brothers jaise bhai kaha dekhne milte hai.? Jo ek dusre ke liye apna sabkuch de de..

Sumitra controlled her emotions while Urmila wipes her tears.

URMILA- un logo ka sath dene ke liye, if we four sisters too have to do some sacrifice na.. then we will feel privileged in that..

Said Urmila finally looking at her while Sumitra caresses her face feeling proud. She has came near Urmila to ask her to leave the house so that she could live with her husband. But whatever she has heard right now has changed her mind completely. Urmila wipes her tears as well as Sumitra's tears and smile at her.

URMILA- aur me na.. aapko chodke kahi nahi jane wali. Because I love you more than that "akdu Raghuvanshi"..

Said Urmila in a joke calling Lakshman as "akdu". Sumitra giggles hearing her words.

SUMITRA- chup...

Urmila laughs lightly and wraps her arms around Sumitra in a hug. While Sumitra caresses her head in a motherly touch.

URMILA- you don't worry about me choti maa.. me sachme.. theek hu..

Said Urmila controlling her tears and emotions while Sumitra just nods her head in yes, not saying anything further...

Lakshman was busy looking the pictures in his cellphone, sitting at the couch in living area. Ram and Siya have already gone to sleep but he was busy cherishing the old golden memories spent with his beloved wife. He looks at a picture which was of both of them when they've visited Bali for their honeymoon. Urmila has wrapped her hands around Lakshman's neck, making him choked when Shatrughan had clicked their picture. Lakshman laughs looking at her expressions and nods in disbelief. He swipes to the next picture which was of when they've visited for a movie. Urmila was kissing him on his cheek and he have captured the romantic moment in his camera. Lakshman's eyes gets moist looking at the phone's screen. He closed his eyes and let the tear fall down. He was missing Urmila, and his silent tears gave the proof themselves. Suddenly he felt someone's touch on his shoulder and he quickly opens his eyes to turn at his back.

LAKSHMAN- bhabhi..?

Siya smile at him lightly and settled down beside him while Lakshman wipes his tears.

LAKSHMAN- you didn't sleep..? Bohot rat ho chuki hai..

Said Lakshman trying to hide his tears from her while she was staring him with a sad smile.

SIYA- tum bhi to nahi soye..

Lakshman nods his head lightly keeping his phone at side. Siya looked his phone and then at him.

SIYA- you are missing Urmila...

Lakshman looks at her getting started. She didn't asked a question, she directly stated what he is feeling. Lakshman could not lie to his bhabhi, he knows that she will definitely catch his false words if he said he is not missing anyone. He could not bear more and immediately keeps his head on Siya's lap, while sudden tears started coming from his eyes. Siya keeps her hand on his head and started caressing him lovingly.

LAKSHMAN- mujhe... Urmila ki bohot yad arahi hai bhabhi..

Said Lakshman in a low and a painful voice. Siya's heart ache hearing his pain. She was too getting emotional, but controlled her tears in front of him.

LAKSHMAN- pata nahi.. I didn't feel like this before. I mean.. when we were about to get married, she was here in Delhi and I was in Mumbai.. that time I didn't feel this way.. but abhi pata nahi kyu.. mujhe ajeeb sa feel horaha hai..

Lakshman started sharing his emotions with Siya. Though he was seems to be happy in front of Ram and her but she knows that somewhere he is feeling alone. She kept on caressing his head.

SIYA- then do one thing.. just go and meet her.

Said Siya with a smile hoping that Lakshman will listen to her. Since last few days Ram and Siya are discussing the ways to ask Lakshman to return to Urmila. But they were finding it very difficult to convince him.

SIYA- waise bhi uska birthday araha hai. Go and see her. Aur agar mann kare na, to.. to stay.. there for.. few days..

Said Siya in a stammer hoping that he could not deny. Lakshman shook his head denying.

LAKSHMAN- I am not going there bhabhi..

Siya closed her eyes for a moment feeling disappointed.

LAKSHMAN- you know this very well. I am not going there without you and bhaiya..

SIYA- ye kaise zidd hai Lakshman.

Siya interrupts him, this time with a slight raise in her voice.

SIYA- how long you both are going to stay like this..??

Lakshman didn't said anything as he was himself not having the answers for her questions. Siya caresses his forehead this time while Lakshman kept on listening his bhabhi.

SIYA- maan lo.. agar me aur tumhare bhaiya.. wapis kabhi ja hi nahi paye, to kya tum aur Urmila aise hi alag rahoge..?

Asked Siya feeling hurt and guilty for their decision. Somewhere she knows, that the separation between Lakshman and Urmila is due to Ram and her decision of leaving the Raghuvanshi palace. Lakshman turns his head upwards looking at Siya, still sleeping on her lap.

LAKSHMAN- you don't want me to stay with you and bhaiya..?

Asked Lakshman with painful voice. Siya smile at him lightly.

SIYA- I want you to stay with Urmila...

Lakshman again looks at the other side, hiding his eyes from Siya.

SIYA- I know laksh.. you have taken this decision because of your love for Ram.. but think practically.. hamare wajah se, why you and Urmila will suffer. This pain of separation...??

Siya questioned him while Lakshman didn't said anything. He closed his eyes feeling his bhabhi's motherly touch on his head while Siya continued.

SIYA- Urmila is alone there Lakshman. Though everyone are there, but no one could fulfill the void of a husband..

Siya kept on explaining him while Lakshman nods his head lightly hearing her.

LAKSHMAN- I understand bhabhi. But aap bhi mujhe samjhiye..

Siya scrunched her eyebrows in confusion looking at him. His eyes were still closed and he answered her.

LAKSHMAN- aisa samajh lijiye, ki shayad hamara dukh maa ko samajh aye. Aur unko apni galati ka ehsas ho..

Siya nods in disbelief at his words while Lakshman didn't said anything further. Siya too didn't tried to speak anything as she knows he is not going to listen.

SIYA- acha, what gift you're going to give her.?

Lakshman opened his eyes and smile at her question.

LAKSHMAN- main city mall me na bhabhi... In kid's section there is a circus show.. there they need a gorilla for a performance. Soch raha hu wahi ka recruitment form use de du...

Said Lakshman pressing his smile while Siya hits his shoulder laughing at his idiotic joke.

SIYA- dare if you say anything like that for my sister.

Lakshman giggles at her and again closed his eyes while Siya smile looking at him. She kept on caressing his head and then thinks about Lakshman and Urmila's relationship...

Next morning, the girls were at the temple reciting the Ramayana path for Dashrath, who was sitting near them. Meanwhile Sumitra was arranging the plates at dining where already Kranti Bharat and Shatrughan were present.

MANVI- मातु पिता भ्राता हितकारी। मितप्रद सब सुनु राजकुमारी॥

Manvi reads the lines looking into the holy book while her hands were joined.

MANVI- rishi patni anusuya ji, Sita ji se kehti hai, ki mata pita bhai sabhi hume sukh dete hai. Par jo sukh pati se milta hai wo aur kahi nahi...

Urmila looks at Manvi in a jerk hearing her explaination. She bows her head down feeling sad about her separation from Lakshman.

MANVI- एकइ धर्म एक ब्रत नेमा। कायँ बचन मन पति पद प्रेमा॥

Kranti's concentration too went on Manvi as she was explaining something about a husband wife relationship.

MANVI- sharir vachan aur mann se, pati se prem karna yahi yahi stree ke liye ek hi dharm, ek hi vrat aur ek hi niyam hai..

Kranti too looks disappointed when she thinks about her fights with Dashrath. She knows that he is disappointed and angry with her. And she wants to talk with him like before.

Manvi closed the book after she completes reading and everyone gets up from their place, joining their hands before the God.

SHRUTI- papa.. ayiye.. breakfast kar lijiye..

Said Shruti turning towards Dashrath. He looks at the dining table and found Kranti there. She smile at him and nods her head calling him towards the table while he turns towards Shruti, ignoring her.

DASHRATH- it's ok beta. I will have in my room.

The girls looks at each other and then at Kranti who seems to be sad hearing him. Dashrath leaves from there in his room while the girls moves towards the dining table.

SUMITRA- ladkiyon.. yesterday Sunaina bhabhi and Chandra bhabhi had called. Tum logo se bat nahi ho payi thi to you call them after breakfast.

The girls nods at her in yes. Urmila started helping Sumitra while Manvi and Shruti looks at the boys who were busy doing their office work.

SHRUTI- uffo.. aap logo se kitni baar kehna padega.. to not do your office work on the dinning table..

Said Shruti in a complain keeping her hands on her waist while the boys giggles at her.

BHARAT- Shruti. Why are you acting to scold us.? Hume pata hai tumhe datna nahi ata..

Shatrughan started laughing at his statement while Shruti pouts at him. Manvi hits Bharat's shoulder when they were laughing at Shruti.

MANVI- mujhe datna ata hai.. you want demo..?

Bharat zipped his lips and bows his head down while Kranti laughs at their cute banter.

KRANTI- oh my god.. hamare ghar me na, every man is scared of his wife..

Said Kranti laughing and nodding her head in disbelief while everyone looks at her.

KRANTI- and this trend has been started by Ram..

Kranti said looking at the boys who first looks at each other and then at Kranti again.

KRANTI- hamara Ram.. waise to whole business world is scared of him. But bas ek Siya hi hai, jisse wo darta hai..

Said Kranti remembering Ram and Siya. Everyone watches her without having any expressions while Kranti keeps silence as she understood their stare. Urmila cleared her throat changing the topic.

URMILA- choti maa, I will prepare coffee for everyone.

She excused herself and goes in the kitchen while Shruti too interrupts.

SHRUTI- I will take breakfast for papa.

Shruti started arranging Dashrath's plate and Kranti watches her doing that. She leaves from there towards Dashrath's room. Bharat and Shatrughan keeps their laptop aside while Manvi started serving them the breakfast.

SHATRUGHAN- ehm.. bhaiya.. that Hyderabad project first deal is going to get sanctioned. Mujhe uska kuch idea nahi hai about its presentation..

Said Shatrughan trying to lighten the created tensed moment.

BHARAT- hmm. Mujhe bhi nahi. But don't worry. I will ask Ram bhaiya. He will guide us.

Kranti looks at their direction immediately as Bharat took Ram's name. He took his phone from his pocket and started dialing Ram's number while Kranti became little happy. After a long she will be hearing Ram's voice and this itself was making her happy. Shatrughan watches her expressions and stopped Bharat.

SHATRUGHAN- rehne dijiye bhaiya. We will do that in office.

Bharat nods at him and keeps his phone back while Kranti gets disappointed. Sumitra watches her reaction and goes near her. She keeps her hand on Kranti's shoulder to gain her attention.

SUMITRA- you are missing Ram and Siya right.?

Kranti looks surprised hearing Sumitra's words. She looks at her for a moment and then bows her head down not saying anything. Sumitra smile at her lightly and goes from there continuing her work while Kranti kept on thinking about Sumitra's words. Is she really missing Ram and Siya.?
