So Adi can go 2 ways once he realizes he is in love with Imlie - either put on the mantle of the guilt ridden husband who goes to extreme lengths to keep his promises of undying trust and love to Mun OR become what he said in the episode yesterday - like Imlie - who faces issues head on even if it means standing up extra issues by accepting his changed feelings for Imli and ready to share with Mun the truth before its forced on him. Now that would make for an amazing watch. But then I guess the Malini story would be done and I don't know if the CVS would be willing to take the story just on the basis of Imlie's story.

If I were to guess, Aditya would take the uncharted route if only because he is everything Dev never could be or will never be. And going by his innate responses to Imlie, however fragmented they have been.
They obviously have to pull it quite a bit so the triangle will continue for another 100 episodes.
This could very well be a tai tai phish for all we know anyway.

Re: the cycle....no actually it was clearer to me after the epi.....Family went for lunch, Adi-Imlie had the convo in the evening, then they got home and Adi-Malini had their convo in the late evening/early night.....after which Adi left to work at the office all night....then he's coming back home in the morning from the office when he gets kidnapped.
This is why Imlie is still in the same clothes cuz she left in the middle of the night and I guess was waiting for the bus in the morning when she saw Adi get kidnapped.
Was her door locked during the night - which is why he could not go in? Or did he just change his mind? And she was packing her clothes fast and rushed to open the door - was she hoping to see him before she left? That confused me too.

If the director posted it - it has to mean Adi will take the Imli like ... unlike Dev ... uncharted territory and fess up the minute he realizes his feelings for Imli- no? I know what you mean. Tho - better to keep expectations low. If it happens it will be an epic Indian TV moment tho.
Also Adi Malini dialog - she gives him an out - she ill trust him until he tells her the trust is breaking :)
BTW - could the poem be for Imli - no right?
Also one more point - remember the last scene where she barks at the drunkard - I was wondering if it was a reference to her and Adi's conversation...as in tit for tat - he said something silly - so she retaliated by going away. It did not make sense since she herself said she was going away to show her wifely duty and satisfy what Adi wanted.
I just wondered - since it seemed a specific reason the dialog and reference was inserted there. Thoughts?

He never turned the handle all the way to go in through her door, so it was a case of him backing off at the last minute and leaving.
Maybe Imlie heard a noise and that is why she rushed to the door but he had left by then....dunno if it's cuz she sensed it was him. Seemed more like she felt she had to quickly finish up her packing and get ready to leave....cuz she stepped out of the room and started to leave after that.

I don't think it was a reference to her and Adi's conversation.....that scene seemed to be put in to cue up Adi's reference about Imlie to his colleague....that she doesn't run away from pareshaani/problems....if she feels she's on the right path, she creates new pareshaanis/problems and faces everything headlong.
So that is what she kind of did with the drunkard....he was shouting at everyone, so she started barking back at him and it threw him off enough for him to run away. To me, it just seemed like a setup to show Imlie's fearlessness.

So I basically do not even believe Aditya goes to PD on his own volition. My bar is that low. If the deewana in the poem is indeed Aditya, it is not happening anytime soon. Atleast I do not see it happening right now.
Will it happen? Yes. And I believe this only because the male lead has to be someone who is everything to Imlie that Dev could and will never be.
Can the poem be for Imlie? I do not know. I only visualized the two men 😆
