Let me add what Kareena herself said not many years ago as how Priyanka(when she was trying to make a name abroad) and She have different priorities now since she is married to Saif.

Only Mira-Shahid are not allowed to have their own priorities...that would make one of them deadbeat and the other MCP respectively.

It's wrong of him to try to get meat eaters to turn into vegetarians for him if that's what he was doing... but that's a BIG IF. This gossip is really difficult to believe. His relationship with Kareena was well known but I don't think he was in a super serious relationship with PC .. and they never made it official in public either. Anyways, can you imagine anyone turning Priyanka into a vegetarian without her will? People like Kareena who had the audacity to start dating Saif against all the backlash (from media AND family) and go on to marry him and especially Priyanka who is the captain of her own ship. Something doesn't add up there.

Shahid failed at turning Priyanka vegetarian like he did with Kareena. He also wanted her to stop drinking apparently too. Priyanka obviously didn’t listen to him.

It’s better that Shahid found someone that fits his criteria instead of changing someone

Mira is young and I think people really get to know themselves in their late 20s or early 30s so what if Mira starts eating meat or starts drinking or starts doing something that Shahid doesn't like.

It’s pretty unlikely. They’re both part of the Radha Soami sect and have the same beliefs like not eating meat. It’s very rare for someone who’s been a vegetarian all their life to suddenly turn into a meat eater. I’ve never seen it.

Apart from her being way too young, I think he picked a good match for himself.
