I want to share with you .... its the policy in IF that all members birthday threads will be made sticky for the birthday for at least 24 hrs .

See ....all posts move up and down the forum page depending on commenting right ??

if a post is stickied or PINNED ..like in this forum you see green posts on the first page

they remain on top so that all can see it n access easily
