The magistrate court had, on February 1, issued summons to the actress to appear before the court today. She did not appear before the magistrate. Instead, her lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee was present on her behalf.

“Ranaut’s lawyer told the court that they wish to challenge the proceedings. However, the lawyer did not file an application seeking exemption for the actress to appear before the court. In the absence of the plea, we moved an application for issuance of a non-bailable warrant against her,” said Akhtar’s advocate Jai Bharadwaj.

There's only so much a lawyer/their team can handle from one client. The lawyer would have to drop all other clients 😆

Seriously though, he wound up having to go to court himself which costs more time and money. 

Maybe Kanga decided the day of she wasn't going and he was left with egg on his face.  That warrant should have been non bailable for the amount of times she keeps skipping out on court summonses.

😭 Those mean farmers picking on her for calling them  terrorists.

Additionally, she doesn't show up for her court date (as per usual) and then blames the Govt and Javed for being mean to her.

Instead she had a fashion shoot in the semi ruins of her office yesterday.  Ruins that wouldn't be there if she'd also replied to that court summons in a timely manner.

Kangana requested supreme court to transfer all of the  cases against her from Mumbai to Himachal Pradesh.. cause you know Mumbai mein Kangana ki jaan ko khatra hai....

She is roaming in Mumbai shooting, going to gym, having dinner parties koi threat nahin..bas court Mein janay mein  koi threat hai...
