I don't mind them.

I like ponytails but only wear them occasionally. They cause a perpetual headache the entire duration your hair is up and also cause hair recession if you tie it up like that regularly. My hair in a ponytail is as long as Ariana Grande's but not as thick since I don't wear extensions but it is still painful. Not sure how she carries all that extra weight on her head; she probably needs a lot of painkillers to handle it.

Ponytails are stylish, I really dislike buns specially slicked ones. I usually go in for a pony or let my hair open.
