Judging from the title, you must be wondering what the heck is this post about? Well, my question TBH is what is Vikram's role really about? In the initial episodes, we've appreciated Vikram for his friendship with Gunnu, Sattu, & the rest of the HB. He never minces his words about what he wants as opposed to producing mixed signals, chilled out, and whatnot. He tries his level best to get to the bottom of any matter & tries to be more logical to his best.
We've seen Vikram behave differently with Gunnu & Garima -- he reacted positively with Gunnu but thought Garima was wrong before witnessing her real side (though Garima's reactions towards it made it feel as if she was behaving randomly thus failure to salvage the scene at the time + adding onto, the question of scope in their equation).
He is right about DP promoting ancient thoughts but is blinding trusting the one whom he considers as his own, Jagat. Gunnu used his method to explain about Jagat putting him on tenterhooks thereby he decides to interrogate the matter. Gunnu hopes that Vikram understood his reality but it seems like that he might not believe Jagat and rather take the wrong way to usurp K&S. Meaning kahe koi aur and sune koi aur wala tactic.
Probably, I tried my best to release my rant/frustration/skepticism/questions through this post and you can consider it to your own will. Perhaps, there could be better adjectives to describe Vikram from the character development trajectory that was illustrated to the viewers because I'm just at loss of words at this point after witnessing the precap. Probably Vikram is acting imprudently against DP or probably he is not. Who knows before he bids adieu?
