The thing is how much they deviate from the original....that is the big question.

But.......a few things are definitely for sure:

1) Pallavi will never willingly agree; she has made it very clear already

2) As @libran90 says Raghav has all the qualities of a sanki, possesive lover in the making, especially when he falls head over heels in love with her, so taking "no" for an answer is not in his dictionary for sure. And once Raghav starts seeing Pallavi for who she really is, it wont take long before he will go after her anytime, any place. I think he has a pretty good idea already, If his friend has already noticed tht she is different, Raghav must have too.

Something will happen to pitch them against each other, but frankly I am against anything forced........be it engagement, marriage, whatever.....or blackmail

I wont mind seeing Raghav getting impatient, but still trying to win her over somehow, but NOT forced.

"Force" is the real deal of ITV nowadays, I don't know why. But going by Sandip Sickand, he does drama but haven't seen forced marriage. At least in my experience. Even if he uses the trope then it will be in a different way - like obsessive marriage way. Kyunki RaghVi can not have a normal marriage. The first episode itself showed that Pallavi ke life me rang ke saath keechad bhi aayega. To tum samajh lo. Jitna bhi soch lo, Raghav loving Pallavi won't make it easy for Pallavi. Raghav's style of love will just create more problems for Pallavi than solving it.

Raghav is domineering, impulsive, passionate, and predatorial. Woh 'puppy love" dene waalo me se nahi hai, "pagalon wala love" dene walo me se hai. Bade bade dialogues he can make in love when he is talking from a neutral perspective. But falling in love plus his own personality involved will color a different picture of love. He can die for love and his love is strong, but he is no saint, bro. His love will cage her in his world, willingly or unwillingly. Raghav Rao will not let Pallavi go. period.

I feel like itll def ve love hate. Raghav will obssess over her especially based on how he described love in the first episode. That its deep and you die . Etc. I feelnlike he will fall for her, she will not entirely or may mot realize. He may obssess over making sure shes okay at all times, people dnt mess with her, and def see her potentially having a suitor who her in laws try to marry her off too and raghav will try to stop the marriage... Maybe thats where he switches places or something..

But i could see an extremely obssessive love on raghavs end.

We can hope that it is not forced, but more like a chasing game. But let's see. Things change later on and Pallavi may soften up to the idea of marriage. Honestly, Raghav falling in love is much easier than Pallavi. Raghav is opinionated about women, but Pallavi can turn that around because she is a decent girl. But Raghav is not the kind of guy a decent girl would want to marry, so Pallavi falling in love will be harder.

But for sure, Raghav will develop an obsession for Pallavi - be it attraction towards the eyes of that stranger at his store, or intrigue towards Pallavi's defiance, or the physical attraction of Pallavi. And once his opinions and misconceptions and misunderstandings dissolve, then the attraction will only remain. Then no one can stop Raghav Rao to get what he wants.

But I dread from the beginning if the show will move towards the most painful cliche i.e. Pallavi's past reveal in front of Raghav paired with her some sort of public humiliation which leads to maang filling then and there with lots of drama. I really hate this trope on ITV and it is unfortunately the most convenient way for cvs on ITV.

So I hope makers do not ruin the big revelation and story.

Oh baap re, ye to dimaag se hi nikal gaya tha. Please aisa na dikhaye to better hai. But I don't trust ITV one bit.

@libran90 :

You are absolutely right abt the mud and sindoor part.

That was my first thought too when I saw the promo and I knew right away seeing the white saree that Pallavi was a widow. I think this is part of 12 years Indian TV experience 🤣

Being a widow, staying with her inlaws and coming from a traditional family, its bound to happen tht people will start talking crap abt Pallavi once Raghav comes into play seriously. And it doesnt matter how modern her inlaws may think at the moment. This is where the mud part comes into play I feel.

And as you said Raghavs love or obsession for Pallavi will make things worse, instead of solving them.

And that is where the sindoor part will come into play..........him not being able to hear or see anything against her, his pagal deewana waala love for her and the fact that he will want Pallavi in his life at any cost, so he will do what is needed and get married to her. This way he will ensure she is his forever......

How the her being a widow part , comes into play is yet to be seen . I just hope the mud part doesnt come into play when she gets kidnapped by him......becoz from the moment I saw the BTS clippings, this keechad part is going through my mind

Yes, the cage scene did symbolise their future! Them or mostly Raghav caging Pallavi in his love and Pallavi trying to escape but then he won't open the doors for her, never ever!

He has all qualities of a passionate, junooni lover and once he realises his love, it will be difficult for him to let her go! Raghav's obsession with her will definitely bring doom to her character!

Pallavi, I feel will remain in denial for the longest time! She looks soft but she is inherently very stubborn, she might wanna stay her husband's widow forever! Raghav is gonna have hard time manaoing this girl, given that other girls are ready to pounce on him! Lol!

Honestly, the way they are shown, I keep biting my nails figuring how they will fall in love!

Maybe ur right abt the part of her wanting to remain her husbands widow, especially becoz she considers her inlaws as her parents and she stays with them.

And who knows...........maybe this very same thing is going to be reason for Raghav to fall harder for her plus the fact that she is no way impressed by his financial status or his position in society.........and that she rather prefers to earn her money with respect and hard work to provide for her family......... On top of this , she gives it back to him as good as it gets, something Raghav is not used to.

And as everyone says: Raghav has all the qualities of a passionate, junooni lover in the making........this guy will not let Pallavi leave him.....ever

I don't think this will happen so soon. Because this is going to be the ultimate result of their interactions which can't be so soon since the pacing of show drifts between normal to slow.

And raghav's kidnapping pallavi is still a sort of mystery as in if it's really him or there's something else going on.

Gosh.....I so hope u are right. I hope he comes to save her instead of kidnapping her....

Becoz frankly him kidnapping Pallavi doesnt sit well with me, no matter what the reason may be. No reason can justify kidnapping, becoz her respect, her reputation, her family.....everything is getting involved and questioned
