If ramu Kaka died of natural courses that would be a huge defeat for ranisa. Since the devine is plotting to defeat ranisa with no stone left unturned this is quite possible. Plus rani is a strong girl. Nothing will wound her mentally as much as ramukakas death. It opens up the chance for veer to support her emotionally as indicated by symbolism. 😭

Truly in kabdai hurt scene Veer almost lost Rani. He kept on saying not to give up and stay with him.

The whole series is based on Rani-Ramu relationship. He can't die so soon 😭 He might stay in jail for more time though
