What I don't understand is that her fans commend her shading Salman and Colors. Imagine what will happen to us if we do the same at our workplace to our boss or the organisation , howmuchever biased they are or howmuch ever we are the star performer in our organisation, and that's caught on camera. A disciplinary action will ensue and we will be asked to leave or at least be given a strong warning and no one (not even our friends) will side with us in such a case. I assume, most of us agree on this.

Rule of thumb. Anyone who blindly supports Rubina has sacrificed the part of their brain that controls logic and sense. So, naturally the real world is something of an alien concept to those people because that would actually require taking off the blindfold. So, its pointless to even try to talk common sense with these people.
