Ishita went out and met her family. Her daimaa and aunty complimented her. After some time, she went to search mihika who was talking to Raman and Romi. Mihika and Romi too complimented her while Raman was smiling, seeing her angry looks for him.

I - Nhi Miihika, make up aur costly dress pehn kar to koi bhi beautiful lag sakta hai..

Raman felt bad for his behavior but was happy also as she gave importance to him and his compliments. He looked around and seeing the area clean, he said,

R - Ishita, ek minute tumse kuch bat karni hai..

They went aside to talk but before he could clear it, he had to go for some work. She went back to Mihika and her family. Nitin also came there.

N - So?

I - Kya?

N - What's going on between you two?

I - two?? Whom are you talking about?

N - Aur kon.. one and only Raman Bhalla.

I (surprised) - Raman and me? What do you mean?

N - Nhi I mean aaj kal badi dosti shosti ho rhi hai. Kya bat hai?

I - To problem kya hai isme? Vaise to hamesha kehte rehte to Ishita make some friends, enjoy the friendship goals..etc etc. Ab koi hai utna acha, dost banne ke liye to kar li dosti. Simple.

N - Hmm, so friendship?

I - hmm.

N - only friendship?

I - Nitin, please. You know me very well.

N (smiled) - I know this but you don't.

I - What?

N - Nothing much. Just remember that he is a very nice man at work and…. at heart also.

He said smiling while she looked at him, trying to understand the meaning of his words.

I - You are over thinking.

N - Well, only time will tell us. But I think.. both of you got what you wanted.. I mean a good friend.

I - Tum batao, tumhara kam ho gaya?

N - Unfortunately nhi.

They were talking when they got to know that the baarat came. Raman came to Mihika for some work. Mihika left while Ishita said seeing him not dressed yet.

I - Aap kya baarat ka welcome aise hi karne wale ho. Apni ek lauti behan ki shadi mein t-shirt aur trouser..

She said pointing to his disheveled look.

R - Ji nhi, lekin mujhe abhi kam hai...

I - Sab kam ho jaayenge, first you go and get ready.

R - Ha ja rha hu, bas ek bar yeh flowers set kar du..

Nitin took the flowers basket and said that they will do all this and he should get ready first. Finally on their insistence, he instructed them and left.

N - Koi kahega ki yeh itna bada wedding planner hai, sare kam khud kar rhe hai.

I - They love their sister a lot. Aaj tak to uski kahi unkahi har wish puri ki hi hai, shadi ko bhi memorable bnane mein koi kasar nhi chodi. Aisi aisi cheezein ki hai jo maine kabhi nhi dekhi. Preeta is really very lucky. Agar galti se bhi koi usse hurt karde to uski class laga dete hai..

She was saying and doing the work when she saw Nitin stopped in mid and was looking blankly at the floor. Ishita went to him and placed her hand on his shoulder.

I - What happened Nitin?

N - Kabhi socha nhi tha ki main uski shadi mein yeh sab.. Pta nhi Ishita, bhot strange feeling aa rhi hai.

I - Nitin, tum thik ho na?

N - Yes, I’m fine. It’s not like that I love her or can’t see her marrying someone else, I’m happy for her but... pta nhi kyu aisa lag rha hai jaise kuch thik nhi hai.. I think I’m disturbed because of that issue.

I - Don’t worry. I wish tum jis nek kam ke liye aaye ho vo jald se jald ho jaaye aur tum us ladki ko insaf dila sako.

N - Hope so.

Both completed their work soon and were going when they met Raman who was coming hurriedly wearing his watch. He thanked them while they asked if there was some other work to do. His brothers came and informed that they also completed their work. Raman said that all was done and they went to welcome the baarat. Bhallas welcomed the groom and his family with all rituals while Ishmi were watching all this with her family. After all the rituals, the groom was sitting on the stage waiting for the bride. Soon the beautiful pure punjabi bride came with her friends and Ishmi while her brothers were holding the canopy over her head. She reached the stage and stood beside the groom. Nitin came to Ishmi and informed that he had to go urgently. Raman was standing nearby so he listened to him. Ishita tried to ask why but he left saying he will tell later. He was going while Raman looked at him suspiciously. Ishita saw him and asked,

I - Kya hua? Why are you looking at him like this?

R - Dekh rha hu ki sach mein kuch kam hai ya..

I - What do you mean? Please stop it, I can see ki Jab se nitin aaya hai tab se aap usse suspiciously notice kar rhe hai. He had not committed any crime..

R - Meri behan ko thoda sa bhi hurt karna.. is crime for me..

I - he didn’t hurt her..

R - Of course he did, he denied to marry her without knowing her and..

I - He had his own reasons and he told everything to Preeta. It’s good he didn’t stretch it and then broke it all..

R - you know what it’s useless to argue with the person who never went through all this. Tum kabhi nhi samajh sakti ki jab koi aapko bina jane aur samjhe, saaf saaf na bol deta hai to kaisa lagta hai because you never expected something like this from anyone in your life.

He said in irritation and turned his face to the stage without noticing the impact of his words on Ishita. She felt a great pain in her heart and her eyes got filled. She looked downwards and before she could fall weak in front of anyone, she left from there.. Raman didn’t notice her going as his father called him while the rest of the family was also busy watching the bride and groom exchanging the garlands.

After some time, Mihika and daimaa were searching for her. Mihika was going inside when she saw her coming back.

Mihika - Akka, kya hua? aap thik nhi lag rhe,,

I (smiled) - nothing, vaha crowd tha na to bas thoda uneasy feel kar rhi thi. So I came here.

Daimaa - Ishu beta, pakka tu thik hai.

I - Ha. Main bilkul thik hu.

All went out. Garlands were exchanged, all clapped and threw the flowers on the bride and groom. Raman saw Ishita smiling fully and thought,

R - Thank God, yeh to ek dum thik hai, has rhi hai aur main bekar mein pta nhi kya kya soch rha tha. Itne din se hamare sath reh rhi hai to main bhul gaya tha ki yeh Ishita Iyer hai, isne to apne sare emotions ko ek pautli mein bandhkar dil ke ek kone mein rakh dia hai. Acha hai isse hurt nhi hua meri baaton se.

He changed his look while Ishita saw him once and then again looked at the stage keeping a smiling face but hurt from inside.

Preeta got married and everything went smoothly. Preeta got an emotional farewell. Everyone was sad after Preeta left with her in-laws. Daimaa’s family and Bhatias left as they had already arranged for themselves despite Bhallas asking them to stay. Ishmi stayed for one more night on Bhallas insistence. Ishra didn’t get any chance to talk after that incident as he was busy. Ishmi helped Bhallas.

It was almost midnight when Raman and Romi came to their room completely tired. Romi slept after sometime. Raman sat and was remembering Preeta. Raman and Romi talked about her for sometime. Then Romi slept while Raman stayed awake. He was watching some old videos, his eyes were filled when he heard,

I - Missing your sister?

R - bhot jyada.. You can’t even imagine..

I - I think I can.. bhot jaldi shayad main bhi aisa hi kuch feel karne wali hu..

R - Really? I mean Ishita Iyer apni behn ko emotional farewell dengi?

I (feeling little hurt) - You think ki main kuch feel nhi kar sakti, emotions nhi hai mujhme? You know what Har koi emotions express nhi kar pata ya shayad har kisi ko emotions express karne ki permission nhi hoti... Har kisi ke pas emotional hone par sambhalne wala nhi hota isliye emotions ko apne andar hi sambhal kar rakhna padta hai.. Meri chodo.. Aap khud ko sambhaliye.

Listening to her, Raman realised maybe his words hurt her and was about to say something but then remembered that she is in his room in mid night. He asked, wiping his tears,

R - Tum yaha? Kuch kam tha kya?

I - No. I mean specifically to koi kam nhi tha…

R - Bhot late ho gaya hai. Bhot tired hu, main bas sone ja rha tha.. I think tumhe bhi so jana chahiye.

I - Ha actually vo main..

R - Ishita please. Kal subah bat kare.. abhi main…

I - Sure.

Ishita left while Raman took a sigh of relief and went to sleep. Ishita went to her room and slept beside Mihika with a mixture of emotions inside her. She was very much disturbed and was remembering his words and his actions. She was surprised by the sudden change in his behavior and was unable to find the reason behind it.

Just read all 12 parts.. great story...there appears to be more behind Ishita’s story that we know... I am keen to find out more about the mystery man that she bumped into at the gurdwara. Loving the way the love story developing between Raman and Ishita... can’t wait to see how it blossoms!

All were complimenting ishita she taunted raman he smiled thinking she is giving importance to his views raman realized she is hurt he took her aside to clear the matter when he got some work Nitin asked ishita what's going on between them ishita said nothing she said they are friends he said he is nice man by heart ishita didn't understood his words Nitin was feeling guilty for rejecting preeta ishita consoled him they insisted raman to get ready barrat came Nitin told ishita he have some urgent work he left raman was looking at him with suspicious ishita saif he is nice guy raman said he have hurt his sister ishita said he had his own reason he said she don't know as she have never experienced that ishita got hurt but pretended to be smiling raman thought she is smiling that means she is good why raman is behaving rude towards ishita poor ishita

Emotional and Awesome Update

Both Raman and Ishita seem to hurt each other

with words and their gestures

but at the same time also it seems that both care a little

about the other

Raman emotional as his sister had gotten married and left to her new family
