The only way to make veer react is to make him jealous. The ATBA team missed all chances of making veer jealous. Jealousy and Royal ignore from Rani will make Veer Robo work. He has a ego and built a wall with that ego around him for Rani. Not sure he is trying to hide behind the wall to avoid being vulnerable. Is he trying to use mean words to Rani just to hide is love feelings for her. No idea.
