This season is not boring, but the people this season are genuinely nice. That’s why a few stood out as batameez or mean. I mean seriously, I’ve started watching big boss 13, and all contestants can be called badtameez/selfish or mean.... all were big boss material.

People say Rubina is fake... but give her the trophy that she stood true to her fake self for 5 months 😂

Abhinav was genuinely a nice, gentleman.

Aly and Rahul never went overboard getting aggressive like contestants in last season.

Ejaz, pavitra etc fought like anything but later came together and were very considerate.

You hardly see anyone plotting, planning or consciously harming anyone’s image (with the exception of few, who later felt bad about their actions and accepted that). That’s why Salman khan went overboard with his ranting that why don’t you guys get involved in other people’s matters.

If I have to choose big boss contestants from this season, I’ll only opt for Aly, jasmine ( not together) , Nikki, Ejaz... Everyone else was tooo dependent, nice or too decent for the show.

So don’t blame the contestants, blame the people who chose them.

The contestants were good ,but the format was bad, unfair evictions, partiality, too much outside information, boring tasks, non-stop entries. All makers fault, but i think this season is way better than bb 9, 12

Disagree...

Being Bigg boss material doesn't mean contestants has to be selfish or badtameez...Infact if you are comparing with the last season, then in BB13, contestants had formed such strong bondings and actually cared to look beyond themselves unlike this season, who actually has selfish bunch.

Firstly last season is ranked higher in terms of entertainment value not entirely because fights, but the spirit of each contestant. All played to win. They actually gave their 100 percent in the game, that's why audience grew passionate about them, unlike here, where all are snooze fest. So if BB14 contestants themselves can't display enthusiasm and game spirit, then why would audience care about making them win.

Everyone is 'NICE ' only...It's BB's job to grill them like he'll and bring out every aspect of their personalities. This season, contestants had hardly invested themselves in game , hence weren't able to engage anyone..

BB13 has strong bonds, leading to strong rivalries.

Sadly this season contestants haven't faced half of the challenges like last year.I accept that Bigg boss creative team has gone terribly wrong, from identifying the right set contestants to creating task. Plus excessive get aways and outside information flow ruined the show..

So lacking is from both sides, creatives as well as contestants... Please don't justify certain dull personalities because Nice people can be interesting as well..

The biggest issue with this season which will hurt future seasons is when ins a contestant effing truly evicted!!
Nikki Rahul Aly Kavita! What utter rubbish that they were brought back. For what good?
Now whenever someone gets eliminated in future seasons, there will be always questions about whether oh when is he or she coming back.
Its very unfair for viewers if contestants after being rationally voted out by viewers are brought back.

the makers didnt try to happen things organically...they were forcing situations to happen. In earlier seasons ( before 8 ) first 2-3 weeks tasks were going for more than 24hrs with rotational sleeps which used to cause organic rifts between the contestants. Also the torture tasks used to happen in initial weeks bcoz most of them were strangers to each other and could use that freedom which was another organic rift. Tasks in those seasons didnt have big setups like they do now. Now they are more foccused on branding the sponsers. Hence contestants gets locked up in the house untill the task setup is done. Plus they removed the concept of weekly tasks, jail etc entirely.

I'll mostly blame creative team.

I have to say its both. There were task given but this bunch was least interested it doing them. Right from the very first one where they had to get people off the truck. Only Nikki played well, others just sat around doing nothing. While some others just bit**ed how unfair it was.

Creatives can only do so much, but if contestants aren't ready to perform there's not much left for creatives. I felt these people lacked the sportsman spirit. There have been season where people were made to go bald or sit with gobar. Imagine such task given to bb14, what a disaster it would be.

So ya the casting definitely went wrong, the creatives did try but the contestants were too dud to do anything.
