Valentine's Day ke Jhatke

Despite my SUPER LOW expectations, we got some paisa vasool moments in today's epi😆.....and one major JHATKA for Babusahib in the end🤣.

But before I get to that.....a word about the Adi-Imlie scene in the beginning of the epi. Finally they got to the crux of the convo.....Adi was still hung up on the fact that she must be crying cuz he said "Tum humein pasand nahin ho😆.....toh he clarified ki "woh pehle ki baat thi".....to which Imlie finally asks, "Babusahib, ABKI baat kaa hai"?.....and Adi's face is worth watching in response😆....a myriad of emotions in that moment as he genuinely struggles with what to say to her😆.

KYUN jawaab nahin tha aapke paas, Babusahib? 😈.....I would have loved to hear what he would have scraped together as an answer if the family hadn't interrupted them just then😆

I also want to know why Adi thinks Imlie would only cry if he says he doesn't like her.....😆....kyun bhai, does he think Imlie wants him to like her? 😛 and why does it matter to him what Imlie thinks? 😆

Iske baad was some V-day randomness with the family which I won't get into much detail about....but worth noting - Imlie wondering why people need a special day to declare love for someone😆....and then her demonstrating how she wouldn't take a second before expressing her love.....Then, in aftermath of the the awkward "Hum aapse bahut...." with Adi, Imlie has also decided that she still has EMOTION sickness and she needs to keep looking UP to cure it😆.

The biggest high point of the epi is in the last minute😆.....basically Adi saw that Imlie's kurta is getting torn (room entry restriction has still not been lifted even after all the ruckus😆), that is why he bought her this new red salwaar kameez. But Imlie declared in front of everyone that SUNDAR bought it for her.....and Adi's FACE in response to hearing this🤣🤣.....POPCORN worthy moment....badaa smile kar raha tha expecting a thank you from Imlie for the gift but she totally gave the credit to someone else and Adi did NOT look pleased 🤣.

Ab kal I guess it will be drama on two fronts - a) Adi probably feeling bad that Imlie said the gift is from someone else and b) Malini creating a ruckus after discovering the receipt of the salwaar kameez

Reservewa running to watch and come back

Baaki sab kuch ek taraf, the last 30 seconds ek taraf🤣.....I can watch the bait and switch on a loop🤣.....Adi's face is just too friggin hilarious to watch and Imlie giving ekdum shaant "maine toh kuch nahin kiya" looks in response😆

According to the promo, Malini finds the receipt but I would rather have the first option 😆.

Another thing I observed in today’s episode is Malini appreciated that Adi got her a gift without her asking but it was Nishtanth’s idea for all the men to get a gift for their wives. And Imilie is the one who got a gift from Adi without asking him.😳

Adi will get mad at imlie because of the lie

The last few seconds was amazing!!Loved Adi’s face when Imlie said that Sunder got the kurta fo her.He deserves it,revenge is best served cold😂😂

And some caps on the lovely moment in the beginning.....Imlie ne ekdum STUMP kar diya Babusahib ko....he couldn't find any words to explain ki AB kya badal gaya hai😆.....classic GEAR ATAKNA moment.....lol

Ahh I love his expression. This was not what I expected for my much awaited scene of Aditya reaction to Sundar - imlie equation but well I will take it. In a way it’s better and I hope we get more of it. I love his expression... she actually clean bowled him 🤣

Thanks - I love the way Imli asks him direct questions - ab kya baat hai? Wish we got the answer...but these kind of questions should cause him to introspect later. I hope he does that.

Regarding his reaction to Sundar getting the credit, surely BS is not stupid enough to realize the perception of him getting Imlie a present on V day. Imli saved his skin - with the lie. He is going to see the wisdom of her actions when Malini finds the receipt tomorrow. I hope he starts looking his feelings soon.

On a another note - Tripati family is going to now all get on the Sundar Imlie bandwagon and Imli will regret this. Let's see. Will be interesting to see Adi react to this match mating by his family. Nishant Imli match up seems to be laid to rest :)

Also it was interesting how Sundar agreed so easily to help Imli without any info on who actually gave the present.

Yes, that was indeed noteworthy....and that is kind of how it always goes, right? Malini keeps waiting and waiting for "romantic gestures" from Adi and most of the time they are forced out of him😆.....it doesn't naturally occur to him to do grand gestures for her unless it's out of guilt😆. While in Imlie's case, she never asks for or expects anything and he still ends up thinking for her on his own and she gets floored by the smallest of gestures from him.

Nishant gave generic ideas to all the husbands who didn't want to make any effort and Adi's gift for Malini was part of that batch.....while for Imlie, he decided to get something after seeing her torn kurta. Still worth noting that he could have gotten her any regular outfit if it was meant to be a replacement.....but he got her a bright red party outfit😆. His very first gift to Imlie is basically bridal red😆.

Babusahib bhi bailbuddhi hain....socha bhi nahin kaisa gift le rahe hain apni NOT MY WIFE ke liye?😆
