You can you don't even need VPN just to vote internationally it.opens only the voting page just go to voot.com

Oh, in that case, you can’t. Most VPNs are not accepting / allowing Rubina votes.

Some VPNs are redirecting Rubina votes to Sasta Sonu Nigam and Rakhi Sawnat.
