Take this as an advice from an elder sister, anybody's actions speak more than their words... words can be forgotten but not their actions ...

You are still too young to take such huge responsibilities and kudos to you for trying to carry out the awards 👏 Full marks for your attempt and initiative 👍🏼👏

But remember something which I told Madhuri as well ...

Whenever one takes up such a responsibility, they need to be accountable for it. You're very young so I don't blame you, but this the reality of life. These are the experiences from which you will learn.

When you take up the task to do something entirely on your own, people will always judge you for how you carry it out.

You need to be responsible whether it goes good or bad, whether you get credit or discredit. You need to own it and accept the consequences whole heartedly. World hardly accepts any justifications or excuses later.

Unforseen events happen with all of us, but instead of making it an excuse, just ask for help and let everyone know. It doesn't make anyone small.

The feeling of being cheated is equivalent to a heartbreak.💔 Public can only see the result of your work and that's the only way they will feel about it.

Maybe it was just a mistake from your side but that is how it came out to be.

So let's just forget about this small bump and try not to repeat our mistakes again.🤗 This is simply and advice 🤗❤️

I am gald you came to clarify and accept that you made a mistake.

It would have been great if you came earlier and said sorry for your mistake. Then we could have avoided all this misunderstandings. But sadly you were sick which we got to know from the mods much later on.

We also don't have any enmity or harsh feelings for you dear. You are our little sister. We adored you for this initiative and participated with great enthusiasm. A competition is successful when all participate in it. And your initiative was very successful because so many members came and voted.

But when we saw the results were not correct according to the members votes, we were really hurt. Our heart was broken.

But we didn't accuse you but asked for an explanation, unluckily you were not available, so the misunderstanding got bigger.

Later on when we got to know you are sick and mod is going to look into the matter we immediately agreed without creating any chaos. We could have asked for an apology but we thought that you are young and also sick so we shouldn't stretch this any further. We even helped in the procedure without any grudge or bad feelings.

Sorry for the long post but i wanted to let you know my feelings and explain a bit to avoid any such misunderstanding in the future.

Rimi dear, agree with your words, it is such a humongous task, one should need help and guidance. It should be a group activity with proper guidance instead of a solo show. 😊 I fully agree with your 'elder sister advice' to her.🤗

Using the word 'cheating' is not correct. Members, please never use such harsh words towards your own friends, yes you can ask for an explanation which normally clears the clouds, if not, I am there to deal with it. You said it all till now! She needs solace, please understand it and come forward to hug her with pyaar.😊

Here I have to admit my mistake, instead of any member, as the forum Mod, I have to announce the Awards, it should've been avoiding such controversy. 😊

Please remember, all the members are the same to me, whenever and wherever correction needs I will do in a tender way, because, you are all nearer to my heart dearies.

It is a learning curve for all of us🤗. Let me admit this fact--- I've prepared IF founder's BD thread within 2 hours, wasn't this difficult for me to prepare it! While preparing this, on one side Rimi stood there like a pillar of support, tried her best to extend all help in her own beautiful way by preparing 18 GifS within few hours!!!

Sutapasima was there to give me the required tags within minutes! And Patishree prepared the winner announcement siggies with articulation. [ I asked for a simple picture of Ani and Bon standing side by side, put an SOS note in EDT &AT, hai 😈... no one responded !!! am I not a friend of yours?? Hurt ..badly hurt!😛]

It should be a group activity. Let us leave this matter here and let us celebrate the occasion⭐️, let us feel proud having such highly talented members in this forum. Very rarely we'll see such camaraderie and friendly attachments in any Forum in this IF! Be proud and celebrate girls. Mutual trust and friendship among people who spend a lot of time together is our motto now. OK?! ❤️🤗
