She didn't manipulate him actually. He listened to her words changed his decision. That was best part.
Dadai was hurt and Sid still don't know about Somresh decision or argument would have happened. Its possible that Som may join Aggarwal business.

They were in B/W scenes FB as Sid recollected their words .... Mithayi will henceforth control Sid
