Janki - your title🤣 (Couldn't have described it better) and amazing analysis - always a pleasure to read through them.

Today's episode belonged to Virat - him clearly saying NO to making the official trip a vacation to him asking all the right questions, he reacted accordingly and was the Virat that we should have been seeing all along. Virat pointing out that Sai has not been happy and that no one (except him) has been able to really see that was touching. While I wondered a couple of episodes back whether Virat was only taking Sai along to patch things up with Pakhi, today proved otherwise - all he wants is for Sai to get some moments away from his family, be at peace and get some moments of happiness. His only mistake - thinking that his so-called mature best friend would be understanding and go along with it.

The only gripe I had was why wait till the very last minute to tell everyone that HIS WIFE was coming along on the trip. Did he think that considering the apparent "official" nature of the visit, Pakhi and the rest of the family would have had no choice but to agree and go along with minimal disturbance - but oh, how it has backfired - but also in a good way, because this clearly brings Pakhi's true nature to the forefront - especially to Virat.

A special mention to Virat being lost in his wife's beauty

The rest of the family (with the exception of Ashwini, Devi, Shivani and now Mohit) are beyond redemption. Any person with a conscience (especially Sonali/Omi/Karishma) would have at least kept their mouth shut after what Sai did for Virat the previous day. But clearly, other than Mohit (and I did notice that little smile he had when Sai came down), everyone else seems to have conveniently forgotten that episode. Am glad that Virat pointed out their double standards that they have and how unfair they have been in their treatment towards Sai but does it really make a difference -maybe that is why Virat doesn't really bother saying much - it falls on deaf ears.

Definitely looking forward to tomorrow's continuation of the scene and how it plays out - today was definitely a fun watch.

The build up towards Devyani's story is also intriguing - I hope it lives up to what is currently being shown and if anything strengthens Virat and Sai's relationship and story. (Although I do wonder - how hard would it be for ACP Virat Chavan to verify whether or not Devi was married or what might have happened a few years back - I know..I know..Virat's standing as an IPS officer in this show diminishes by the episode - but still...)

Virat's questions went unanswered but who will give the answers now--

1. Sai is my wife. If she accompanies me on a trip, how is it anyone's beizzati? 🤔 (Didi only offered reiteration that 'beizzati hai'. But itni mature samajhdaar Bhabhi bata Sakti Hain kaise??)

Jawab nahi hai issiliye beizzati hai. Inke paas jawab na ho toh sawal puchna beizzati ho jata hai. In the last few incidents, Sai was very polite in declining or arguing. Especially day before yesterday when she said "Aise kaise aap kisike haath se unka plate cheen sakti hai, kaku?" But woh soft polite tone bhi beizzati lagi madam ko.

2. If Vahini is supposed to be taken for sight seeing because she has no wajood without her missing husband and 'Prakrurti ki Godh mein Anand Lena' is necessary, so why can't Sai have the same anand with her wajood matlab husband? (Waise I can let this regressive thought pass only because she didn't use the word aurat Ka wajood without Husband).

For a moment I felt bad for MA pass Vahini because not woman should ever hear that because her husband is not with her, she has no wajood and standing in the house or society.

3. Why is there no thought spared for the girl who lost her father and has since only been thrown from one whirlwind to another. What even makes anyone feel that she's happy?

I think most of the rudeness comes from the fact that Virat and Mohit chose their own brides and did not seek Bhavani's permission. She wants to be the one to decide everything and wants Bahus who for whatever reason will follow her orders no matter what. Aadarniya didi apni khud ki sazish rach rahi hai aur Karishma mei himmat nahi hai. Both pretend, Pakhi is the fav. thanks to Bhavani's choice but Karishma bears some of it because she is the first unchahee bahu but still compliant to her orders. Sai, however does not take shit and gives it back.

She is not compliant and is always under fire. This is all to make her bend to their whims.

Virat, since yesterday's Mohit issue, has been asking the right questions and giving away so much from his mental notes about what he has seen and observed -- and so also raising expectations to eventually crash land 😒. He didn't miss the taunts that began before Sai could even take a second breath in that zillat arena... Right from ' bartan maanjo aur nashta banao' to 'maukaparast', there wasn't even one hair's breadth space between the volleys. Even Karishma had to open her 'chonch' 🙊 But just to add: Mohit was among the three people who smiled when Sai walked in... And of course, Virat's 'frozen, enchanted' moments with Sai must be really a trigger for beizzati hormones 😛 upar se aaj toh bol bhi Diya, "Sai aaj bohat acchi lag rahi hai"... 😅

Virat ne tarif kya ki Vahini ne mentally usko ek stike diya. But she immediately lost it when Virat said "Sai meri patni hai ". Gosh! That frown on her face clearly said- Sai patni hai toh mai kon hu? Yeh toh humara honeymoon tha na? Why the third wheel?

The problem with this kind of approach that doesn't involve collaboration is that it can work in professional set ups but where family dynamics and romantic relationship is involved, it can set damaging patterns that make it very tricky to get out of. At some point, there will be a dead-end and the only way to move forward is to face the fear of conflict and express emotions as it should be.

Although Virat is standing by, I felt bad for Sai. Why should she be blamed for this? She was right in saying that it was Virat who was at fault for not revealing that he had asked her to come along even when she had refused. Her outburst at the treatment being given out to her would be completely justified because she kept voicing this exact fear to Virat when she realised that he was not speaking about her accompanying them. What an open irony it turned out to be -- those blaming Sai for not being okay with Virat going alone with Venom-wali Vahini ended up being offended at Virat's wife accompanying him and Vahini on the trip 🙊 How does one explain what it means to be a mauka-parasth wife to find ways to get a holiday with her own husband?!! 🤯🤕 But Vahini's mauka parasthi to trap devar in 'shikwe mitake batana kitna tadpi hoon' is susheelta 😂😂.

And Susheel Vahini asking the devar's wife: Even if your husband forced you to accompany him to ruin my honeymoon dreams with him, why didn't you refuse and remind him that he must go honeymooning with his missing cousin's wife?

My exact thought: Was she supposed to refuse him when he gently held her shoulders and made a baby face to convince her?

I hope she even tells her, "Maine Kaha tha Na tum Dil lagake padh na jab Virat Nahi Hoga!"😂😅

Patralekha is among those people who put forth their demands by indirect tactics. They will not take responsibility for their own choices (-- she didn't trust, she chose Samrat and she chose this life); instead, they turn around and blame someone else for making them do it. Or they will agree to do things that they don’t really want to do, and not do it but hold it against the one who asked them to do it. She wants to be blissfully unaware in her bubble that her imaginary husband has seen through most of her facade. The only acknowledgment he needs to make is of this exact delusion that she's living in and this moment is the perfect one. I hope he doesn't miss this opportunity and seal the leakage of the fire that's fast running into his well-earned barood that stands beside him to be launched at people when justly needed. And people like the Chakram gang that have trust issues only need to look in the mirror. There they will meet the one person, who has betrayed them the most and brought much beizzati to their existence even.

People with a style of denial and blaming are definitely on the list of unsafe people to avoid - Virat, make notes and build that life you've been told you can't.

Pakhi is the epitome of denial. Never accepting her wrongs. I think this has been discussed enough number of times that Virat was at fault too but Pakhi ka toh itna hi manna hai ki sirf Virat ki galati hai. In Delusional didi's equation, Virat's vada = EMA forever.

I hope that the continuation of the scene is as entertaining and assuring as the opening was. Waise itna BP increase Karne wala scene has to be viewed reminding self that the jokers are high on the extoxic tea. There is a limit to how much contempt one can have for someone? I guess this show down is much needed to wake up Virat in a few ways to see the reality of his family. He's already aware about it but this showdown should change the way he has been approaching the situation -- there should be no need to switch sides, give in or compromise from hereon when the scales of justice are evidently tilted on one side.

I saw the SBS segment and they actually cut out a scene when Sai asks "Mere Pati ke saath aise konse trip pe jana chahti hai aap?" or something along these lines.

Not sure if I am glad or sorry that it was excluded 😳 Coz I saw Virat cringe behind them. Probably it was for the best coz today Virat was her voice and she spoke less.

So, it is interesting... Very interesting that Virat has no idea about Devyani's story. He has been told she was found unconscious in the hostel -- so that must be the story everyone knows?
