Trust - Lost and Found - Page 2

I just loved the epsiode, so many shades of Adilie, AM, AC and Dev being peeled back.

It was surprising to Adi that Malini could also get as angry as him, brushing his pleas aside, making it clear that she was in no mood to forgive him, over the lack of trust in her. He did a big boo boo.. and she lied for him to Aparna, now all are holding secrets and lying for the good.

Malini apologizing to Imli and berating her mom, DEv still keeping quiet... Anu sprains her ankle.. faking or real.. time will tell.. she has still not given up on finding the truth. Maybe the threat of never seeing Malini again might hold her back a bit.

The silent exchange of looks between Adilie when Adi was unable to make Imli change her mind at staying back to help Anu was well done. He is upset with her and worried for her, Imli is shaken by the fact that Adi is now fighting for her respect. I loved how she sweetly reminded that she is an adult capable of making her own decisions.

Now the scene of Adilie was unexpected, thought there might be some coolness. Adi showing his worry at Anu's treatment of Imli while Imli expresses that his words and taunts don't affect her much now as she knows it is out of worry. Calling him a kala kawa... ouch.. brought a smile to babusaheb's face.. both sharing a beautiful smile.. The reminder that she is Imli who is tart at first but later on, cannot live without it..... she is creeping into Adi's heart... slowly while she is sunny despite all that happened. This man is in awe.... and TRUST... is building. What a contrast between Adlili and AM. the mother daughter relation explored too..

I liked the convo between Dev and Imli and things are moving fast as Imli found Mithi's painting in DEv's studio. Buildup for the face off between the new entry and Imlie.. setting the stage at the T's with AM's fight continuing while Adi grovels..😔

@bold: most probably that is the reason for having Imlie stay at Dev’s House. Since Imli has been staying with T’s she would have gotten some qualities/tendencies from them of not making obvious conclusion which is clear as day to all of us 😄😄 So even after seeing Meethi’s picture she will not realize that Dev is her dad!!

I don’t think they will reveal it so early, but I could be wrong.

lol true that, i'm with you on this, tripathis ka kuch to asar hona tha na bachi par😆 either dev will make some story up or imlie will herself cook some story about the picture, but lets see what happens

I really want Adi to find out that dev is her father and then he confront dev about this and hide it from her for imlie's sake and after some time when she gets to know about this that adi also knew, this'll break her heart n she'll be angry with him like 'aap se ye umeed nahi thi' n then imlie's narazgi with her babusaheb! lol such a long fantasy (of mine) about dev's truth🤣, dream krne mai kya jata hai so lage raho😆

But leaving all that aside, I suppose the one main takeaway from today is that we saw Adi's trust in Malini eroding in real time.....Malini even pointed out to him that he doesn't seem to trust her at all.

And instead of dwelling on any of that, Adi instead shares a light moment with Imlie, and then reflects by the end that he is learning to trust her.

I suppose there isn't going to be any introspection about the fact that he had such a huge emotional outburst for Imlie....ok, I'll resign myself to that yet again😆....instead, Adi is now on the path to acknowledging that he trusts Imlie....this, right as the trust between him and Moon just about evaporated.

i really liked today's episode, Adi-imlie scene was just awesome, i love one thing about their relationship is that they are honest with each other, what they feel they blurt it out (except for that poem though😆), they understand each other and don't hesitate in showing that!

i know this honesty will get affected when they start to have true feelings about each other as i think at first they'll both fight their feelings, will suppress them n then eventually hide them for Malini's sake, but will these feelings be kept hidden or will they bloom in another direction? is the real question, and i'm all in for it!😆

Imlie-Aditya's scenes near the bike were ....😳 Seems like, Aditya was much more concerned about Imlie than the effect of his outburst on Malini. Imlie's list for Aditya is getting longer...first shehre langoor, then kala kauya...Aditya seemed pretty amused!! Loved those scenes..❤️They somehow made me feel, did Aditya ever really loved Malini? Malini simply doesn't seem to affect Aditya the way Imlie does.

Continuity was definitely an issue. Didn't expect them to be so comfortable with each other after such an outburst. Didn't Imlie say she doesn't want to come in between BS and Malini didi? Then how come she told BS not too long after that "aap toh mere...". Anyways, I chose to ignore logic as I loved their chotasa conversation. 😳😆

Malini behaved exactly how she should have! This lady hasn't till date given us any reason to dislike her apart from being too perfect. 😆

Wonder how the new entry is going to change the dynamics...

imlie said aap toh mere in the moment in the flow.. i dt it was a deliberate jatana of their rishta

and dusri baat ka jawab toh yehi hai ke ke thanks to AC ka moch the first oppurtunity Imli saw she decided to distance herself making it a bahana.. lol though yeh alag hai ke timing of aC played a big role on this but stillimlie chose the roz roz ki insults and to live with that Bully when she really didn't had too it wasn't her problem whatsoever.. but yeh beech main nahi aana chahti and probably wanted AM to slve their differences on their Own ghar jaakar lol..

Ek taraf, iska aur malini ka trust break ho rha hai, imlie ke saath ban rha hai. Story slowly progress kar rhi hai. 👍🏼 Adi and malini had a huge fight, but later he even tried to apologize to her, but malini didn't accept it. After all that, he was angry and worried for imlie only why she is staying at chaturvedi's house. Ab ise malini ki yaad nhi ayi. 😆 Adilie had a very sweet moment. Is parvat ko imlie hi pigla sakti hai. How she changed his mood and made him smile. he forgot everything in that moment. 😎 Babusaheb ko ek raat katni mushkil ho jayegi imlie ki absence mein. 😛

Nahi jaati toh imlie ko bike pe ride mil jaati aur hume adilie ....

Imlie ka wardrobe kab change hoga hope Ishaan help her in getting modernise ...

dusra reh gaya iMlie ka durr karna khud ko toh i think along with the reveal her staying back also comes from this only ke let AM sort it out and woh beech main na aaye toh thode din idhar tik jaaye

Haan I'm not disputing the "why" of it. It's obvious that Adi was more focused on Imlie because he is more worried for her, has started trusting her more. But it just left a bad taste that after such a big fight with Malini where he said hurtful things to her, he was able to not even reflect on her one big complaint about trust.

We call out Malini's obliviousness many times....this time Adi's obliviousness was too obvious and no matter how much I liked the Adi-Imlie scene, it kinda left a bad taste in my mouth that Adi didn't even spare one thought for Malini's hurt over the trust thing when she told him so obviously...instead he used the same word in context of Imlie.

Many times it's been discussed here that this is a tricky plot to balance in terms of how both the relationships are progressing.....today, the sudden jumps from one scene to the next and lack of continuity kinda impacted that effectiveness.

It's not about who matters more to Adi....regardless, Malini deserves the basic regard as his wife right now that she said such a big thing to him about trust and he barely dwelled on it and got busy talking about trust with someone else.....even if that someone else is Imlie who he is growing to care for....but trust should have been a loaded word to think about so soon after such a big fight over it with Malini.

Woh toh we as the audience know that Adi's tall claims of "great lowe" for Malini are ultimately hollow, and Imlie usko apni lagne lag padi hai....but in the flow of the story it still looked bad that he barely blinked over Malini ka hurt and was fixated on trust with Imlie.....these two things needed some distance between them in terms of flow.

If Adi hadn't just said hurtful things to Malini, then his obliviousness could still have been more digestable....but for him to be so oblivious so soon after having hurt her....that was weird.

@bold: I think it's becoming pretty obvious that Adi's love for Malini is quite hollow if even after seeing her so hurt, he was able to divert his mind to Imlie😆.....woh baat aur hai that he will never reflect on it or acknowledge it unless Malini continues to be angry on this issue......he's still got laddoo in both hands....ek taraf Malini hai even if trust is breaking, still the wife in his mind.....dusri taraf Imlie hai jiske saath rishta acknowledge nahin karna but shaayad bharosa hai ab😆

And knowing Malini, she will get over it pretty soon and they will both settle into oblivious domestic bliss again.😆.....but I did enjoy Malini blasting Adi over this....the fact that he was still acting so clueless later ki Malini's anger is continuing for so long just made me roll my eyes big time too🤔......what did he expect? lol they are both so delusional.

As for Imlie ka comfort level....my thing wasn't that she almost called him her pati again.....regardless of her guilt over coming b/w them, I don't think she's going to stop considering him her husband in her head.....that's a seperate thing. But it did look strange that after the last scene in the previous epi, Imlie was able to laugh and banter with him so easily over his fikar for her.....that said, by the end, she did tell him not to worry for her so I guess in her own way, she was trying to get him to not be so emotional over her that it makes him fight with Malini......she just said it in a roundabout way😆

Yeah I agree....Imlie ne jataane ke liye nahin bola about "aap mere...."....that just happened in the flow.

And you make a good point....she did use the opportunity created by AC to remove herself from b/w AM so that they can go home together without her and have some time to themselves.

I also felt that her saying, "Aap meri itni fikar mat keejiye" was her own roundabout way of saying he shouldn't get so worked up over her ki it starts affecting his relationship with Malini....😆
