Ok, even before the villagers forced them to marry, she had an inkling about their relationship. She heard Virat on call with Pakhi, and she made the connection.

Then, later when they agreed to marry, Virat cleared it to her that he made a promise to another but did not name her, and Sai connected the dots that it was indeed Pakhi.

During the wedding sequence when Virat was reiterating that he made a promise to another, as a way to again clarify his stance, Sai promised him that she will never come between him and his promise.

He didn't say "i loved pp" but he told her he has already given his heart to someone else. Infact he seems very hesitant to just admit it out loud to anyone except sunny. Sai was perceptive enough that she figured out that bff pp/vahini was actually his ex lover. She doesn't know details of why virat pp didn't work out though. I'm surprised she hasn't been curious about why virat pp didnt marry each other because pp was already married to samrat before Sairat marriage happened due to her dad's death. I am surprised she hasnt quizzed Virat about it...maybe she is hesitant coz virat is so reluctant to admit he has a past with pp and keeps on saying she's my bff/my brothers wife like a taperecorder . Like if he acknowledges that he used to love her, its a crime! Sai probably in her head is extremely confused about why these 2 people are so keen on calling their pyaar as dosti! One of these days she will definitely burst and knowing Virat, he will only get angry if she confronta him but not reflect on his equation with pp or how pp refuses to move on and clearly behaves as if she wants more from their relationship.

Topper Sai put it all together on her own. Virat told her before wedding that has a past and that he can't have anyone else in his dil, but never tells its Pakhi or that she will be living in same house as him.

I think the first time was during the SR call that Pakhi made to Virat, and after that Sai questioned him, but Virat was cryptic and Sai inferred that she was more than a friend.

There were a few more times they talked about her, in the safe house as well I think, but she was addressed only as a friend.

Samrat is Virat's aunt's son. And yes Sai knows about. She guessed it that Virat had a past with Pakhi. Virat also told her not to expect anything. But she doesn't know their love lasted 2 days. 🤣

Also all this slip ups was after marriage. He was honest with the fact that his heart belongs to someone else but it was inferred by Sai that it was pp based on his reactions. ( this was before the marriage )
