I went to begam jaan alone in a disgusting old theatre because i was bored which was near my friends room where i used to live at that time. The theatre itself is mess as you would expect and old single screen almost abandoned theatre to be with hardly 50 members on the first day where you'd be scared to not just sit on a mouse wandering around. Combining this with weird ass movie like begam jaan it's just a crazy experience. I think some guy even was jacking off at the corner during the "sex" scenes which are not meant to be erotic. Overall i liked the movie especially gauhar khan with such a deep role and vidya too.

If you are a woman/girl I'd advise you to avoid such shady theatres.

Once some bad guys flashing red light inappropriately on the lead male and female actors whenever they appear on the screen throughout the movie. Couldn't enjoy the movie at all. It was otherwise a nice, family oriented movie with full occupancy in the theatre.

Don't remember the movie, it has a famous song O o jane jana...

I went to watch Sanam Re on Valentines with my then closest friend...we were celebrating being single 😆

And what a mistake it was. We wanted to enjoy a stupid sappy film, but there were couples making out everywhere specially during the songs

Devdas in theater. Never saw a Bhansali movie after where I couldn't turn the volume down.

I used to be the weird person at the cinemas - especially when reserving a seat in advance was not an option for some movies.

I would stand in line 30-40 mins before the movie was due to start, waiting for the cinema door to open just so I could be the first to run in to get the best seats. It was a very exhilarating and stressful experience giving all the aunties the ‘You-won’t-outrun-me’ look, and having to deliver on that unspoken challenge.

When I was in India 2003 - 2008 we used to go to movies with our extended families. It used to be so much fun.

After liking Baghban, expectations were high and we all went to watch Baabul. Lol that was one weird movie.

Everyone was laughing when Rani was crying in the movie.
