What is really surprising is Shantanu has openly accepted that he stayed with Aishwarya for 2 years and also had a physical relationship with her. And he has not informed about this relationship to his parents or Sharvari. Still all of them are now saying that you are at no fault. Then why were they so angry at him earlier? What has changed to make them to change their mind so much.
Also why Sharvari would would care so much about Shantanu and go to the extent of breaking relations with her mother for this when he has clearly cheated her.

Shantanu never ever said he had any physical relationship with Aishwarya. This is very very clear in the serial till date. Infact if there is any virginity test for him this case would be closed.
Sharvari clearly told Shantanu that he did not tell her about Aishwarya. When Sharvari lived with Aishwarya and realised the manipulating ways of Aishwarya, the blackmail et al, the clear headed Sharvari did not fall in Aishwarya's trap. Infact Sharvari realised Shantanu was emotionally manipulated and trapped and she decided to support Shantanu. Sharvari did not do what she did because she fell blindly in love with Shantanu. Infact it's a very clear headed gradual movement towards supporting the righteous.
Circumstances for Shantanu got favourable even in this trying times. Lucky guy in a unlucky situation.
As far as Sharvari's MOM , I don't know how people deal with such massive ego. She will come around.

If you see the episode 2-3 days ago in court, he does admit to physical relationship with Aishwarya.
