No actually a lot of divorce stuff gets sorted before his entry. In that version Vanraj has been show to be more reclusive and reluctant and Kavya being the prime person. Here Vanraj is more proactive in taking things in his own hands. Plus Leela, Paritosh and Dolly's parallels were supporting Vanraj's divorce when he himself was indecisive.

The termination track involved both VanYa being fired and upon Anupamaa's plea the boss mentions he can only hire one of them back as their affair has caused a lot of scandal and only Vanraj gets rehired.

In Bengali version, this function track led to the entry of Rohit (tentatively Anuj) who was a school trustee and a friend of the principal.

Also it served the way for Anupamaa to become a businesswoman, while also maintaining her singing (dancing) career, by starting a business of handicrafts and homemade food with some underprivileged ladies from an NGO which the principal and Rohit (Anuj) support.

This will be parallel to the divorce track and leads to her stopping wearing Sindoor and Shakha-Pola (parallel of Sindoor and mangalsutra here), her bindi changing from a large red one to a small black one and getting a more nuanced makeover with more subtle and less loud-coloured sarees.

Will be glad if it happens here.

I haven't watched the bengali version but if that is the story moving forward I am excited to watch.

Beacuse the lady in bangali version never had breakdowns like anupmaa she was more stable and the husband was less aggressive than vanraj the other lady and other characters were more negative
