no choco.. see even in prisons etc.. i think prisoners have the responsibility of taking care of other prisoners na.. 😊 for example one batch will cook.. one batch might possibly wash the clothes... maybe a batch to do the cleaning... and the remaining would possibly do the delegated stuff

hence, here also they have given one standard uniform for all shramiks.. like as though they were prisoners and one batch has the responsibility of cleaning them....
