She said "i think you are jealous you cant sing as well". Never did she think that hes jealous at her reaction to anikets talent.

She doesn't want to think of it in that way if the jealousy because she doesn't expect him to be jealous that way but Amey's episode followed by him telling Aniket "Apne kaam as kaam Rakho" has taken her by surprise. She is joining dots but in denial.. Virat checking out a guy just as part of protecting her out of zimmedari would not need him to blow his top. She also knew he was upset because she danced to Aniket's song. He didn't answer her question at the end of that argument but his walking away was an answer in itself

She's not dwelling on it but 'samjhaute wali shadi' and 'i won't mind if you flirt because I remember the deal' is an indication she knows

She might not associate it with his love yet. Because honestly it isn't love yet

I think she doesnt want anyone to know about her husband/family because its a "temporary" thing in her mind and she doesn't want to give out details/get teased. Also, another reason could be that she doesn't want to deter people from making friends with her knowing that she's married to an IPS officer in the city.. it can actually be a deterrent. Not everyone knows/likes cops 😆
