Which reminds me I watched Kaagaz and I was so shocked that it was based on a true story. You just wonder and get frustrated at the lengths he had to go just to get on paper that he is alive and not dead.

It was kind of slow. Pankaj Tripathy carries the movie entirely on his shoulders. He does such a fabulous job of playing a naive and innocent villager.

i tried watching it and it didn't work for me though my dad really liked it though caz of how majboor yeh government wala matters can make somebody humare haan ,... though kaafi liberty bhi li thi kaafi cheezein kuch zyada hiunrealistic thiiii in the film lol... it got too boring too fast for me

Aww sweet gifs, Fary :) Yeh scene kitna achha tha....but end tak sab tainted sa ban gaya with writers insisting on trying to duplicate everything with Malini.....sigh. Oh well.

Infact I was kinda expecting to see rupi and imlie bond over more in their loneliness thode din pehle and their haalat but nahi woh sab ab extra extras ho gaye hain.. to be part of crowd.... malini imlie se we need break as in their yeh OTT dosti for few days..

Word....till now, wohi toh we have discussed that they generally did a good job of building the side plots of the family waale also....one on one scenes achhe the sabke with Imlie.....but off late, it's become Malini obsession to the point of being nauseating. Mere liye toh main allergy is seeing Imlie groveling in front of her so much like sach mein naukar hai woh.....I think Imlie has forgotten she isn't really a servant....ya toh makers want to play this up for bechaargi/TRPs.

LOL arey yeh real hi hai.....his room has some strange things in the decor....one wall is all kind of abstract photographs....and there's a freakin PIANO in his room too which I've never seen him or anyone play😆

Waise one more thing I found kinda weird....Malini ne room sach mein bahut OTT decorate kiya tha simply for a congratulatory party....matlab so many flowers everywhere and so many rose petals....upar se kinda dim lighting in the room was making it look like a romantic setting more than a general family party😆

Ek toh party family ke saath karne ki room main kya zaroorat thi aisi parties toh main hall main hoti hain na and they all could still hide and give surprise 😆 it was weird to see them all hiding in his room like this..😆

Girl bonding dikhane ke hazaar tareeke hote hain but they have to find the most annoying one out of all. Bilkul devi bhakht wala relationship bana rahe hain in dono ka where imlie is going way beyond bardasht in bhakti.. and it is growing more and more everyday as she feels more burdened by her ehsaans nahi bardasht hota

I think she set up the party in the room taaki she could "build up" the surprise more🤔😆.....main hall mein darwaaze se ghuste hi dikh jaata, shaayad isiliye.

Par phir bhi....room mein surprise karna bhi tha toh why do romantic lighting and decor for a family surprise?😕😆......That was creepy.....lol and is saare tamaashe mein yeh notice bhi nahin hua ki Malini ne decor bhi ekdum inappropriate kiya for a work related achievement😆
