In the moment and in the flow of high emotions, she may have said it. Because as Dhairya mentioned, she said something similar for IB too.

I would really like to ignore the shade and believe its alright cause we need Gul rn and no burnt bridges please. 🥺

I'd like to think Ekta has the money to pamper her actors. She's TV queen for a reason.
