So in today's precap Neil finds out the truth about Omkar and Mayura's past and he slaps Omkar making his mouth bleed and asks him to stay away from Mayura and her family. Of course Omkar retaliates but given this is a new and improved Omkar Neil has a much better chance at fighting back than his predecessors i.e all the men who knowingly/unknowingly came in the way of Omkar and paid for it.
