I get that she was trying to highlight the very real problem of patriarchial mindset and misogyny in our country. She got an opportunity to do so via Bigg Boss, one of the most viewed programs in India. But, you cannot do so at someone else's expense. Especially, someone like Rahul Vaidya, who is loved by a huge chunk of the audience, and expect people to not protest. Anyway, Rahul handled it quite well and she was left with egg on her face both inside and outside the house. Hopefully, she learns something from this. She should also know that fans of this show would say anything on social media to demean the contestant who is direct competition to their own favourite(s). That does not make it true. Her question even sounded like a random twitter user ranting against Rahul.
