All of us know that republic day is celebrated on the occasion of the 'Birth of the Constitution of India', but do we know why the constitution was born from the womb of mother India/Bharat Mata? And who is the father of Constitution? How it has been drafted? Let us know it here smiley10

The country, named India, had acquired independence on 15th August 1947, but still, the people of India were starving from food, helpless for shelter & clothes, and the basic necessities of life. Overcoming such shortcomings were only possible with the presence of a legal framework, rules and regulations presenting the country. So, with this purpose on 26th November 1949 after 2 years, 11 months and 17 days, the longest Constitution of the World had been adopted and enforced in the power with the fundamental rights and directive principles on 26th January 1950.

The father of the Constitution of India, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, was the chairman of the drafting committee, who drafted the Constitution. The Constitution of India declares a preamble, whose credit goes to the first Chief Justice of India, Dr. B. N. Rau. He introduced it with terms like justice, equality, liberty and fraternity along with sovereign which meant the parliament, socialist i.e. goals of democracy, secular, which has no religion but people can follow and democratic.

The constitution of India has been the longest written constitution of the world, which consisted of 243 articles and 13 schedules which were transformed into 395 articles and 8 schedules after discussions, debates and amendments. It was drafted in two languages, Hindi and English. It was adopted from the Constitution of America, Ireland, France, UK and many more.

The Constitution of India was not typed, yet handwritten by Prem Behari Narain Raizada and published in Dehradun. It took nearly three years to write down. On 24 January 1950, 284 members of the Constituent Assembly signed the Indian Constitution at the Constitution Hall, now known as the Central Hall of Parliament, in New Delhi.

Finally after signing by all the members it came into enforcement, and we, the people of India, with brotherhood, celebrate this occasion as republic day on 26th January.

ImageThe Nation salutes the WarriorsImage

The Nation wants to salute the warriors without whom it would have been impossible to fight against the Virus. In no particular order here are few mentions that touch our heart.

Image

ImageRespect to the doctors and the whole medical staff who are on the frontline, giving treatment whilst also putting their lives at risk of catching the virus, by being close to the covid patients. They always wear a smile behind their masks and heavy suits, reassuring their patients that everything will be fine. And on the other hand, they put a locket in their hearts, trying not to show emotions when a family loses a loved one. They are the ultimate heroes of the nation.

Image

ImageRespect to the shopkeepers, farmers and delivery staff. Without them, we would not have been able to eat during the lockdown. For most of them, they have a small shop and it becomes difficult to respect social distancing. They are fighting hard on a daily basis to provide us food whereas for themselves, they merely become victims of the virus. The virus contaminates at a higher rate when it is in a small congested place. They are the heroes of everyday life.

Image

ImageRespect to the army and police who are trying to maintain safety and rules across the country. Enforcing the lockdown for over 1 billion citizens was a total change in everyday life. India became silent. A pause in the year where suddenly, going outside was dangerous and staying at home was the solution to decrease the contamination speeding rate. If the government set out the rule then the army force and police had to make citizens respect it and follow it. Respect for putting their lives in danger.

Image

ImageRespect to our youngsters. Our youth have been sacrificing a lot during the pandemic. The closure of educational institutes could have become a factor for them to give up in life. But they have shown unity and strength during these dark times. The future is not lost. Our youngsters are motivated by giving their best for tomorrow. Many of them sadly couldn’t get through it. Still, for their perseverance and understanding personality, we pay them a tribute for being warriors and showing us attitude and courage to fight. Respect to our next generation.

Image

ImageRespect to the donators who gave some of «THEM » to help India through the pandemic. It’s not only about money but the donations from the heart. Giving a smile, helping the neighbour, cooking extra to give it to others, taking care of old aged people or giving extra tuitions. Such acts of kindness made Humanity ravish in the truest sense. People have become heroes in their own way. They are the whole of this circle of positivism observed during the pandemic and we appreciate and salute them all!

Anime Wallpaper Heaven: Indian Patriotic Poems In English For Kids

Mother, I bow to thee, rich with thy hurricane streams! Bright with thy orchard gleams! Cool with thy winds of delight, from the side the dark fields waving ...calling the people to have a feast.... Mother of Might ... bowing our heads to thee with revere. 🙏

Is there ought you need that my hands withhold,

Rich gifts of raiment or grain or gold? Lo!

I have flung to the East and the West

Priceless treasures are torn from my breast

And yielded the sons of my stricken womb.

To the drum-beats of the duty, the sabers of doom!

Sarojini Naidu

Republic Day Patriotic Shayari & Poems to share on 26th January 2020 – Gadget Freeks

God made the Earth; man-made self-containing countries and their bravery -frozen boundaries! But with unfound boundless love I behold the borderland of my India, Expanding into the World with pride. Hail, mother of religions, universal love, scenic beauty, with the advancement in Science and Technology, and sages! Thy wide doors are open, Welcoming God’s true sons through all ages. Where Ganges, Traditions, Himalayan caves, and men as Spiritual leaders, as a flow of culture since centuries with humanity as our bright torch, here we are to march forward with a White Dove in our hands as a symbol of peace!
