The episode begins when Mayura is putting a ointment on Omkar's injured hand and looks at him. Omkar stares at her as well. Omkar says in his mind that real beauty is in the mind not the face. Mayura turns her face and gets restless. Neil comes in the room and sees Mayura and says you are here? Mayura says I came here to put ointment on Omkar's hand as his hand is injured. Omkar says tea fell on his hand. Neil tells Mayura that her discharge paper is ready and uncle will come and get you soon. Omkar starts feeling restless as she will leave soon and says no she cannot leave that quickly.

Other side, Mayura's dadi yells at Aishwarya to leave from their home and she leaves. Aishwarya sees a garland on Mayura's photo and leaves. Mayura's dadi and mother are shocked to see and that's when Mayura's father comes in and says I did this all because I saw Aishwarya coming in to check to see if Mayura is alive or not.

Aishwarya reaches the hospital, and starts shouting. Mayura sees someone shouting but doesn't cross Aishwarya's path. Omkar sees it is Aishwarya so he quickly pushes Mayura away from going in front of Aishwarya and Mayura says what behaviour is this? Omkar says sorry, he thought that she was going to yell at the girl who is angry outside.
