When Sai mentioned about the deal wali shaadi to Virat and walked away,

Virat close his eyes in exasperation like he didn’t want to be reminded of that and clutched his fist or curled his fist tightl. Like he didn’t like to hear that from Sai, which we already knew. I just noticed it today when I rewatched the episode

I noticed his facial expression. I think he was tired and hungry and was not in a mood to continue their argument.

Yep! he doesn't like to get reminded of the deal-wala shaadi.
