If I am brutally honest to myself then I think, Khushi has sometime before she takes that leap of faith with Arnav. She needs to assuage her guilt first.

Brilliant writing N, and a phenomenal chapter that gives away so much and yet, conceals the anguish of their hearts.

If I loved Khushi for reacting to Arnav's ignorance, I loved Arnav for giving that bit of his where he tells her to think and decide.

A much needed push for Khushi in the right direction and if she is sensible, she will get the hint and wont push him away.

I just hope, Arnav gives her time to come around.

Now looking forward to Kartik and Medha, and Shyam & Alvira.

The conflict of emotions was done very nicely N. When one is getting sober, the other was pushing away, when one was extending an olive branch, the other doesn't want to take it, but in private they both are reminiscing the past where they shared affection for each other.

Arnav informed Kartik about Khushi. He doesn't hold any grudges. But, what will family do? What will Alvira do? Questions waiting to be answered.

How is Medha? Hasn't she taken more than required medicines on the day she found out Kartik loved Alvira before she married him? Was Kartik hiding something from Khushi?

Lavanya is trying to help Khushi and Arnav. But, they have their own reasons to be stubborn. They are right in their own thinking and I don't blame them.

As for Kartik and Medha, he has already spoken to her in one of the previous updates. Where he was uneasy and wanted to confess to Medha about Alvira.

I don't know. Like I said in my comment too, I didn't really have anything in mind. But, since N was hinting towards them coming closer during this trip, I guess this initial angsty scene came as a surprise to me.

But of course, it was necessary in a way... to lead to better times 😳.

coming to khushi it’s really hard to let go of guilt !!!!
I think it’s easier to forgive others but very hard to forgive oneself. I hope Arnav’s love and care will help her let go of past and start working on building the bridge from her side ....

I think, the trademark of Arshi was depicted with how they took one step forward and two backward. But I am not sure I understand when you say that this has pushed them back, cos even though a lil, they have communicated and this will open more doors.

If you meant the sexual bit, then that is not happening soon, cos Khushi is yet to come to terms with her love.
