Pragya before the twins' revelation was a very good mother. The way she stood by Prachi and supported her unconditionally was really commendable. But the moment she learned the truth about her daughter, she did a flip and went on to support a criminal just because of blood relation. And that is hypocrisy at its best. But yes, Pragya is still redeemable, if she takes the right stand, support Pranbir and send that criminal to jail.
