It was her achievement, will she win it now? Probably not

she works in a Indian show where she mostly speaks Hindi not English
So it’s ok to make mistakes, it doesn’t take away her achievement

Again you are quoting a language which is not used in daily life. Arreey abhinav speaks English on a daily basis. She gets to practise with him for sure.

Listen everyone knows that you don't make mistakes like she does if you know English!!!

Like rampanting and all. Like saying why are you coming to dance between us and stuff like that, like don't independ me. Come on dude!! Don't try to justify just for the sake of it!

After all this she has repeatedly made it a point to boast of her skills in the language. Hence the objection!

wow, keep wondering!!🤣

and no need to waste your pity on me. I am fine thank you.

Precisely my point!

If I'm not confident or if my achievement has nothing to do with my current job I would keep that to myself and not show off.

In short know you capabilities and show off only what you can verify.

EGJAKTLY!!!🤣 That IS indeed the point!

Here shes not only bad but horrible in normal spoken English. Her vocabulary and pronunciation is worst than a person not having a degree in English. Either she got khairat / paid ki degree or the school has questionable staff who might not be good themselves.

Either way she made a fool of herself and the school that gave her gold medal. This has nothing to do with mother tongue or grammar or career.

Also westerners don't claim to have gold medal so I dont judge them.

Plus she uses it to put others down, to act superior!!!!😡

and then she sucks at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And yes it will be pointed out again and again!!!!!!!!!!

And I rest my case.🤣

I speak German everyday 🤣 it’s easier than English for me.

Let’s agree to disagree on that matter.

Good for you if you speak German !!

As for madamji all I can say claim what you can prove / verify or else shut up. In her arrogance she has claimed quiet a few things and have fallen flat in each of them. And this seems to be one of her false claims or just to show herself superior.

Ok if she is gold medalist all I can say her English still sucks in comparison to a non gold medalist (and to that you can't argue).

She is humiliated for her English because once upon a time she was good and now she isn’t? Just because someone wins something they have to be careful for the rest of their lives, why to justify their win?

have explained the why and wherefores ad nauseum. Not going to repeat it.

Ye kaunsi university hai jahan words and phrases like "rampenting", "emotionally downtrodden", "don't come dancing in between", "your stomach is the most upset stomach", "degenerative way of asking for votes", "no double beating" get you a gold medal🤣

I really want to know, so that I can recommend people to never ever even think of enrolling there for English studies😆

perhaps an alumni ? But definitely a good career prospect to teach also in that school post bb for her.

Might as well throw in science 😹😹😹. Given her deep (wrong) knowledge of planets and temperatures.
