Yeah.. He doesn't think her as his wife. But he's not indifferent to her also. He cares for her. Has accepted her as a part of his family. So he's betrayed that purvi would choose her sister over his kids. And when he said, you took Sakshi's place in their life but left them alone when they needed you, he's drawing a parallel to how Sakshi has left those kids too when they needed her.
