Haina? I felt that so strongly. Amar sir toh just hit it out of the park. And everytime he overreacts like this, it has to do with his insecurities. When Amar sir had described his character in an interview he had said, he doesn't believe there can be anyone else for him ever again. And I feel like the cvs portray that every time they have to show him losing his temper at Purvi.

Even during the jewellery scene, I felt his anger was so extreme because he had started liking purvi and seeing her in Sakshi's clothes made him realize that the girl he had started having feelings for was not Sakshi. So he has no business feeling anything for her.

And this scene toh he portrayed his fear that she'll leave him after he starts depending on her.
