Who is Digvijay?

Is he a new bad character or did we see him in some previous episodes. I just can't remeber.

Seemingly new, but it appears that Abhi and Vikram both know him (in the scene where Purab confronts Abhi, Vikram comes to mention that Digvijay is coming)

He is mystery.he knows mehras ,purab vikram also.maybe some business associate.only thing we know is alia nd raj r using him as hukum ka patta if abhi denies or back out from marrying meera.alia has given him some papers to use against abhi when correct time comes.now he is negative r positive we have to wait nd see.but his looks (didn't show his face till now)the way his entry was maybe he can be negative character.
