Vansh voice roared in the mansion.
Riddhima ka kuch pataa chala ? She had gone in a taxi.Number bheja tha na tumhe? Abhi tak kuch bataya kyun nahin? Vansh charged Angre as soon as he spotted him
Oh bhai, I have put my men in work. They would be informing us any minute.
Ek minute bhi time nahi hain Angre !!! Vansh threw the showpiece in frustration. I have lost too much time with my meaningless revenge. I lost her track for a minute or else she would have been with me. I had to see her speeding off from my life in front of me and I couldn’t do anything. Vansh almost demanded like a maniac.
At the same minute Angre’s phone started to ring. He picked up but within seconds his face went pale.
What it is Angre ? Vansh could sense the change atmosphere.
Woh, they found the taxi… ANgre said with hesitation..

Woh, it met with an accident. The locals have taken bhabi to a hospital. The informer is going there only.
Vansh froze. He could remember all those times when Riddhima was on verge of dying. No, this can’t happen again. She couldn’t go like this. He wouldn’t let her.
Let’s go Angre, we have to bring her back. Vansh stormed out without leaving a glance at anyone. But everyone could feel the heaviness of his tone and gesture
Hospital
Vansh almost choked the Doctor when he said he isn’t sure when Riddhima would gain conscious. ANgre stopped him and took him aside
Bhai, shambhaliye apne aap ko. You can’t be doing that to a on duty Doctor
Oh I can burn the entire hospital down and you know that Angre. He is a doctor. What does he mean he doesn’t know when RIddhima wouldgain conscious? Is this a joke?
Bhai, be grateful Riddhima was wasn’t hurt much and she is out of danger now. She would gain conscious soon.
As if on the que… a nurse came and informed Vansh that Riddhima gained conscious. Vansh almost ran to Riddhima’s room. He opened the door at once. Here is her RIddhima, in a half sitting position with open eyes. Eyes that always screamed love for him. He couldn’t control himself and ran to hug her.
Thank God Riddhima you are okay. Main kitna darr gaya tha. Mujhe laga maine tumhe phir se kho di. Please mujhe chod ke maat jao phir khabi. I am sorry Riddhima.
Said Vansh hugging her tightly.
But suddenly he felt Riddhima is struggling in his embrace. Thinking he is hurting her he moved away.
Did I hurt you ? Vansh asked
No you didn’t, but who are you ? Riddhima almost screamed. And how dare you hug me like this? Aur aapko mera naam kaise pataa ?
Shock would have been an understatement what Vansh felt. Something inside him burn. Did Riddhima felt the same when he did this to her?May be. That’s why she is doing the same with him.
Dekho Riddhima I know you are upset, and I am sorry. Main zindagi bhar tumhare maafi ka intezar karinga, tumhari maafi kamake rahunga main. But please, don’t do this. I know bohut dukh di hain maine tumhe, but I swear I will turn each of them into your brightest smile.
Saying this Vansh again tried to touch Riddhima but she scooted back
Are you mad ? Aapko samajh mein nahi aa rahi what am i saying? I don’t know you. I am seeing you for the first time in my life. Why you would be the reason of my misery? Wait did you do my accident?
Vansh was again trying to reach Riddhima when the doctor took over.

And in that exact moment Vansh knew he has lost something precious.
Three years later.
Vansh looked at the small figure standing in a distance. She was happy. And why wouldn’t she. It is her engagement after all. Vansh chuckled at his own fate. His Riddhima fell in love with another guy, dated him and now marrying him. And all he could do was standing at a distance and watching it all happening.
Vansh recalled the day when he ultimately had lost Riddhima.The Doctor had said that Riddhima had an amnesia. Her condition an brain scan said she had too much pressure on her nerves. For that she forgot last three years of her life. She doesn’t remember anything. Not him, her mission,Kabir..she forgot everything. Though after medication and few therapy the doctors could convince her that she had amnesia, but Vansh could never convince her that she was his wife. She had asked for proof and Vansh couldn’t bring any.How could he? Didn’t he destroy all of them with his own hand? Vansh couldn’t be more cursed. Riddhima was so scared of him that whenever she saw him nearby she would scream and had an anxiety attack. Another reason Riddhima pointed out that if she was his wife, why she feels so scared and angst seeing him. Why it pains her so much having his presence around her. A question he couldn’t answer either. Vansh tried every mean to convince Riddhima but it ended up deteriorating her condition more. So for her own safety he had to stay away from her. With a painful eye he had to see her moving on her life. Meeting new people. Living her life on her own. Then meeting this stupid guy Manav. A simple banker. A simple guy with poor humor yet enough to make Riddhima smile.
A sudden hooting sound broke Vansh’s reverie. All were clapping. What just happened? Oh, they exchanged rings. The finger where once a ring on his name shone, is carrying another ring. Vansh broke the glass in his hand out of frustration. He left the premise taking one last glance at a smiling Riddhima. He couldn’t stay there anymore. He has to go out, scream his lungs out at his own misery. His mindless revenge cost him everything. His peace, his life, most importantly the only girl who loved him more than herself. She still has that love, but not for him..but for someone else. Today he lost it completely. He recalled what Kabir had said once. That he is not capable of anyone’s love. How right kabir was. With a bleeding heart full of remorse, Vansh speed off
Riddhima took a glance at the outhouse just outside the venue. She knew he was there. One that claims to be her husband. Riddhima couldn’t help but feel guilty. Not that she doesn’t trust him, but she doesn’t want him and that life anymore. Yes, Riddhima remembers everything. An incident two months back brought her memory back. Initially she wanted to tell Vansh she remembered everything, but then she questioned herself, next what? Did she actually wanted her old life back? Go back to that wretched mansion where everyday someone or else would try to murder her? Would she go back to the person who destroyed her so much that she lost a part of herself? With a jolt she realized. She loves her new life more. She might not be able to love Manav as much as she loved Vansh, but loving Manav gave her security. A peace. She loved her newly found footing on the world. She was on her own. A successful physiotherapist and co-owner of a party planning company with her friend. With a heavy heart she decided to bury her truth forever. This is the punishment Vansh deserves. And even she won’t come in the way of it. With that last thought on Vansh, Riddhima took her steps away from the out house and entered the party, her new life again.
