He is caring. He will wait for the right time when Aly has cooled down a bit to talk to him and reason with him.

Many sane people would act that way especially when a person is even unable to breathe.

Eijaz was the only person with some sense to not crowd a person having an asthma/panic attack. He did go to find Aly’s inhaler and was with Aly later. I think Eijaz’s actions speak louder than words.
