Hey to all sweet members here

We the Dev Team have decided to cut back on our amount of stickies and announcements that we have in the DV section. Thus, this is the new topic which will have links to all major topics and will also include some rules of the forum and basic guidelines of how to do some basic stuff.

Thus, we will also have new helpdesk which will only deal with the help regarding this section. Fair enough?

So lets get on with it.

Rules and regulations.
Well this is a kind of a version of rules that aims to give members a general idea about the rules. However if you think you want to read the full version then here is the link to the IF's Code of Conduct of IF . It is recommended that you atleast read the following rules carefully.

Posting a topic.
It should be relevant to the section Check that a similar topic is not posted before If you are posting articles from other site, then please bear in mind the copy rights. There are some sites which are directly in competition to IF. Articles from these sites are not allowed on IF. However articles from official channel sites and sites which are not in direct competition with IF are allowed. Please if you do post articles from any such site then make sure you give the link to it as well. If in doubt please contact a Dev team member before posting the article. Please do not post links to other sites. This is advertising and you will be warned for it. Please try to use meaningful titles which are related to the post you are making. Bad examples of titles are "baddsg" or any such titles. Good examples are the ones which summarizes the purpose of your title in few words. Do not post the same (or similar) topic more than once. Or alternatively do not post your reply to a topic more than once or with excessive number of emotions. This is considered spamming and you will be warned.

Language used
In a way this has some overlap with the previous one but still I am trying to separate it.
You should post in a manner that is respectable to others. Flaming or abusing users will not be tolerated. This includes respecting everyone's point of view, opinions, suggestions and ideas. Avoid using offensive or foul language when posting a message. Please maintain a friendly atmosphere and don't create fights or conflicts. If you are posting to criticize a character's role,(for example what Jaivardhan and agni are doing to dharam……. Or any thing similar) then make sure you are posting a character and do not post abusive comments about the actor. Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, or very large (or small) text. Similarly users should not use CAPS as they are considered shouting in internet language or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Both of these are considered as spamming and appropriate actions will be taken.
1. Thank you button – Please Use it whenever some one posts a useful topic like updating the serial or posting pictures. Please do not post replies saying "tfs" or "Thanks a lot" as these will also be considered spamming.
2. Before you post comments in to any topic that is made sticky or announcement PLEASE CHECK THE TITLE and do not post comments if the title clearly says NO COMMENTS. You will receive a warning and your warning level can also be raise.
Updates
Do not post topics asking for update either video or written or picture updates Please have patience as writing an update, uploading a video or taking and posting pictures takes time. If you are not sure on who will be updating on a particular day then either look into the updated schedule (this will soon be available) or pm any Dev team member of the section Again use the Thank you button is you wish to thank the member for posting update.
1. If you want to have past updates then look into the archive section first (give link). If you cannot find any particular update (written or video) in the archive section then pm any dev team member and we will try to sort it out. However if you find that a video link is not working then the best person to contact is the person who posted the link (not in archive section but in the topic where the link in archive section takes you).
PMs
If you have a query or a request and you pm any member, then please try to be polite and don't use harsh words or words which is indecent or insulting the receiver.
1. In addition please pm only once (especially if u r pming a Dev team member with any requests), do not pm more than once and in the second pm saying "I m waiting" or any similar thing. You can however inquire but before doing so please allow some time as there are some times when a member has to discuss that issue with other members or needs time to reply due to some reason

What should I do if I find that a member is violating any of the above written rules or is threatening or using abusive language in his/her pms to me?
• Well, firstly do not react or try to take charge but see if any of the DV Dev team member is online and pm the link to the topic to them(if it is a pm copy the pm and forward it). If there is none of the DV dev team member online and the matter is urgent then, go to the main page and right at the bottom where there is a list of online members, and see if any of the Global Moderators or Admins are online and pm them. However if the matter is not urgent then pm the DV Dev team and we will deal with it when we come online. BUT do not attempt to solve it as this may lead you in trouble and may cause the heat to rise.

• Penalties.(What if I do not obey the rules)

Please make sure you understand all the rules. Please do not take this lightly as if the rules are broken then :

You will be sent warning pms (in most cases more than 1 pm)by the Dev team, this is the first step to the penalty process. If you choose to ignore the pms sent to you and not comply to the rules, then your warning level will be raised to 20% (if it was not already 20% otherwise higher and 2^nd raise will mean your warning level is at 40%).
This warning will be with you even if you change your username It can be taken off if you clearly show that you have improved and follow the code of conduct of IF thoroughly for a reasonable time, if then a Dev team member (viewbies or moderators) feels you have improved then they can decrease your warning level. However this requires solid proof of improvement on your behalf.
1. 5 such warnings (warning meter at 100%) will mean that you WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SITE. Thus it is serious.
1. There is one more thing; in some particular cases direct rise in warning level is possible. For example, typing "Tfs" or "Thanks" or replying with only emotions or typing in caps is against the code of conduct. If the Dev team found any member continuously not following these rules then THEIR WARNING LEVEL WILL BE RAISED straightaway. So please take care that you read the rules very carefully and understand them.

Dharam Veer a saga of two brothers set in an era where brotherhood and friendship were placed way above other materialistic pleasures. A fictional tale that revolves around two Princes – Dharam and Veer who are bounded by friendship, where their values are put to test as they emerge into adult hood and face the realities of life.

Veer is a sharmaik who was born to Pari, but than is adopted by Aryanvardhan's sister, who takes Veer in. Veer is brought up as an Aryvrath alongside Aryavardhans son Dharam. Dharam and Veer become best friends. On the other hand, when Veer is born a kundali of some sort is said that "One day a boy will be born, and he will act as a massiah for the Sharmaiks and destroy the Aryavraths"

16 Years Later...

Problems begin in their peaceful and fun filled life when an idol meant for the welfare of the Kingdom breaks during the festival. Dharam and Veer are forced to bow down before the situation and they dress up as Shramiks to get the idol ready. At this stage, to take help in building the statue, a former Shramik rebel Bhimsen is sought off with a promise to be freed by Veer. However after the work is done Dharam is head bent on having Bhimsen persecuted. Veer somehow manages to save Bhimsen and set him free.

On the other hand, Veer's real mother, Pari and his sister Saakshi start to worry more and more about Veer and Pari starts to call Veer "Their Massiah" while Pari is keeps quiet and battles with her concious about the truth.

Unknown of this act by Veer, Dharam and Veer set out for a fair. There they come across Sia, a princess who is stubborn and wants to have things done according to her whims and fancies. This fair holds in it surprises which come as a shock for Veer and Dharam. Firstly while rescuing Rajkumari Sia Dharam comes to know that Bhimsen is still alive and misunderstanding crops up between him and Veer. It is later cleared by the younger brother himself but yet another problem arises in the form of Shera, an assassin appointed by Jaivardhan and his son Agni to kill Dharam so as to gain control over the throne of Aryanagar. Meanwhile Veer dressed as a fortune teller tells Sia that her prince charming is present in the very fair and he would be the one who would win a dual fight that would be held on the following evening.

Dharam, at the fighting arena knocks off the wrestler but eventually gets hurt by a poisonous arrow hit by Shera. Veer comes to know this and takes him to the Doctor's place. The doctor declares that only 'amritjal' found on the other side of now raging desert can save Dharam from death. Veer sets off followed by Shera who at any cost desires to prevent Dharam from getting saved. After some failed attempts Veer succeeds in getting Dharam saved.Here they meet Shera as Rajkumari Ananya. Veer and Ananya rarely get along. After a face-to-face with Dacoits the three of them follow their respective ways.

Shera though unconcerned seems to like Veer,and on the other hand, Bhim Sen plans to kill Veer but is stoped by Saakshi who tells him that Veer is her brother and their massiah.

Back in Aryanagar, at the Mahaarti Bhimsen's plan to kill Aryavardhan fails and Veer's attempts to defeat him also fails.Veer is repentful about setting him free. Taking opportunity of this situation Jaivardhan hangs a few Shramiks (one of them being Kranti) to teach them a lesson.Back at Sia's palace she finds she has feelings for Dharam and to escape Rajkumar Harsh's marriage alliance seen by her mother, Sia and her father plan an escape route. Later they dress up as a pair of aged brother sister and reach Aryanagar to find out whether Dharam is a worthy suitor.

As time moves on Sia shows her contempt towards the Shramiks by reprimanding Pari, a Shramik. This angers Veer and Dharam and in the verbal battle ensued Sia slaps Veer. This infuriates Dharam and he orders her to leave the place at once. A hurt Sia leaves the place and again gets prepared to get married with Rajkumar Harsh only to realize the worthiness of Dharam.Pari and Sakshi are imprisoned as a precautionary measure by Nivritti to avoid them telling the truth to Veer.

In Aryanagar it is the time to choose the rightful successor and hence a series of dealings are taking place to decide the suitable person. Veer bound to his thoughts of following Dharam tries to picture himself as an unworthy contender but later is cleard off his doubts by Nivritti.This results in a poor performance by Veer in Round one In the second round however Veer is the only contender successful.

This adds ghee to the fire of hatred started by Agni and his father Jaivardhan.They plan various ways to throw off Dharam from being a candidate to attend Raj Gurukul.Meanwhile Sia finally realizing her mistakes sets off to Aryanagar where she apologizes to Dharam but she is ignored by him.Veer vows to save Sia from the engagement with Harssh and sets off to Avadhi.

In the mean time Shera who found out an old secret about certain khazana reaches Avadhi.She has with her a cut stone with incomplete carving.Tasha is thrown off track by her.

Veer on reaching Avadhi finds out that Sia's mother hates Aryavrats and Aryanagar over a fight about a small hamlet.Veer finds out Shera dressed as panditji is after the crown of Avadhi's king.He fails her attempt to take it away at a puja organized by her.

Dharam in Aryanagar is on hot pursuit of the Shramiks' maseeha.When Dharam is almost successful in getting the truth out the soldier is killed by Bhimsen.While he is engaged in it Jaivardhan and Agni plan to make false accusation on him so that they can easily move him off from their way.

Dharam who is shocked to learn this requests for a day's time to prove his innocence.He meets Gopi,the dead Kishan's son and convinces him to say the truth which can save him from being convicted.In Avadhi an angry Shera returns to the palace again dressed as a barber.When she almost succeeds Veer quickly finds out the truth and a sword fight follows.Shera runs off leavign back the crown.

In the trial at Aryanagar Gopi,Kishan's son lies about the happenings and Dharam is proved guilty.He is ordered to be put in jail.Meanwhile Shera succeeds in getting the other half of the stone back.Veer has to fight with the disguised Shera again and he saves the crown but not the stone.

In Avadhi Veer almost succeeds in breaking up the engagement between Sia and Harsh but as luck could have it Veer's truth of belonging to Aryanagar is brought out.He leaves and Maharaj Natarajan decides to stop the engagement.

Veer is angered on seeing Dharam in prison and vows to bring the truth to the surface.He sees Agni alive but before he can make things out he is knocked off by Jaivardhan.Dharam is moved to the dungeons to keep him away from Veer as much as possible.Shera on consulting a soothsayer is informed that the stones she is possessin harmful and causes destruction.As if to prove his statement some deaths occur.But Shera finds something fishy as she sees on the body of the dead person a tattoo indicating te death of te next preson.

Veer who is adamant to prove Dharam's innocence gets himself caught and joins the jail.In the dungeon Dharam fights with a bully and gets hurt.He is shifted to the doctor's place.Veer by chance meets him there and he convinces Dharam to abide by his plans.

But as luck could have it Veer's quite a few plans fail to hit the bull's eye.In frustration he prays to God in the prison temple only to find out that Dharam will be offering his final prayers.That again gives him a ray of hope and they finally chalk out the final escape route.But since they have collected all the bad luck in the world this too comes of no use.

As the time for death sentence nears the king,Nivritti and Veer visit him.After a few emotional moments between the father and son the two brothers find it hard to be seperated.Veer is very heartbroken and is about to kill himself but his mother stops him and infuses courage in him to fight for the truth.

Veer at the very last moment emerges from his depression and saves Dharam but not before killing many soldiers and hurting the king who tried to stop him.They escape and plan to meet Chandar Singh, a retired soldier who has a map of the whole kingdom showing its secret hideouts to search Agni.But Jaivardhan learns of their only way out and avoids them from reaching the right person.

He plants his own man as Chandar Singh and sends Dharam and Veer in the opposite direction.Meanwhile he kidnaps the original one and tortures him to spill the beans.But Chandar Singh a patriot refuses to tell him the truth even if it meant that he would be killed.At the same time the imposter tries to kill Veer after giving Dharam a dose of medicine with sleep drugs in it.Dharam saves Veer when he is about to be killed and they set off in the correct direction.

In Aswahi,Shera's Dacoit head quarters the next preson to be attacked is her father and she learns of it.She manages to save her father but he is angry to learn that she is more interested in the value of those stones than his life.Shera keeps pondering over this fact near the river bank when the imposter of Chandar Singh pushes Dharam and Veer down the cliff to the river below.Chance takes them near her and she decides to save them for they had saved her once.

Shera's father is not happy on receiving those guests as those princes would find their work illegal.But Shera tells that she will bring up the old lies again --- of she being the daughter Rajkumari Ananya of King Dara of Sumera.She would keep them in the dark about their identity by telling that the king was in the cave following a threat to Rajkumari Ananya's life.

Dharam and Veer come around and set off to search the person who trired to kill them after thanking Shera.While they almost succeed in finishing off the people involved in harming them Dharam gets caught.Shera comes to their rescue and the three set off to find the trouble makers.

During this search Dharam gets caught and is supposed to be killed.But Shera saves him again and they kill the leader hired by Jaivardhan.Later they find the dead body of Chandar Singh and hence the map of Aryanagar's secret places tattooed on his chest.They take a copy of it and set off.Meanwhile Jaivardhan is looking for them in the forest and tries to avoid them reaching the place the princes are in search of.

Against many odds Dharam finally finds out the hideout of Agni.There Agni quickly makes up a story of being kidnapped by Rebel Shramiks.Dharam and Veer save him and they return to the palace with Dharam's innocence proven.After this incidence Aryavardhan feels the final judgement in court trials ahould be made by the King and not the Rajyasabha.So the new rule is soon made.

However Veer hates Aryavardhan for not being able to protect his son from the false accusation.He despises him openly for which Dharam reprimands him.Hatred crops up between these two and they decide to prove their worthiness and rightfulness by contending for the throne.They reach the Raj Gurukul along with Agni as chosen earlier to get themselves trained.

Shera who suddenly leaves Aryanagar comes home to find that the treasure is hidden in Raj Kala Bhavan, a Gurukul for Princesses,opposite to the Raj Gurukul.She decided to go in search of that.At Raj Gurukul on the first day Veer and Karan, another prince start showing off their hatredness towards each other.
