We have fixed this.

The 'show signature' thing has always been working weird with me. It doesn't save the changes and I have to change it every time I log in. And not just that, when I try to switch is 'on' it automatically turns 'off' and even if it shows 'on' it doesn't really do anything and I still can't see signature of everyone else. I just don't understand what is wrong with that stuff.

How do i search for a PM? In old IF we could just type the username or PM title of the Pm we wanted to find

In the User box if you type the first three letters of the username correctly, the name or list of names starting with those three letters will appear. You click on the required name and then click on the green magnifying glass, a list of PMs you have received from that user will appear. You can use title (subject) in the middle search box. You can also specify, if you want to check the PMs you received or sent, by using the third search box.
