CHAPTER 14

"Tell me who you are?!?!?"

" i....". jodha was about to say who she really was but before she could say, she heard a cry for help from a nearby cafe.

"please ... someone help my husband ..." cried a woman who looked frantic seeing her husband's condition, coughing and panting heavily on the floor. "Nothing has happen to you.. hold on ok" the wife said to her husband, no one was able to help the man as they did not know what to do.

"What happen ma'am" asked jodha while ran through the crowd who was surrounded the man, while jalal ran behind Jodha.

"what actually happened Ma'am?" jodha asked the woman who was crying beside her husband while jodha checking the man.

"I don't know what really happened, suddenly my husband complained of shortness of breath and then collapsed to the floor."

"Does he have asthma ???"

"Yes ... and my husband didn't bring his inhaler ... I beg of you ... please save my husband."

"Tanmai.. bring my bag from the car!!!" Tanmai, the driver who took Jodha to the party, Jodha asked him to wait as she was planned to go to the village because there was a patient who was going to give birth so she had to stand by there. Few minutes later, tanmai appeared with the bag which contain medical equipments. Jodha immediately took out a syringe, after filling it with the injection liquid, she injected the man. jalal who saw all this incident was only able to stunned watching all the movements of jodha treating that man.

"Give space for the patient to breathe freely." everyone steps back to give the man enough oxygen to breathe.

"Hello ... I am Doctor Jodha, send an ambulance to XYZ cafe immediately. Its an emergency. !!!" jalal get another shocked by what he just heard.

"DOCTOR..." Thought jalal. He try remember his conversation with jodha when he asked her what's her job, she only answered "treat sick people"

"Oh God... what else she is hiding from me??." whispered jalal in disbelief.

Jalal stood there looking at all what the jodha was doing. 15 minutes later an ambulance arrived and took the man to the nearest hospital.

Jodha realizes that now Jalal got to know that she is a doctor.

"can you explain all this DOCTOR JODHA?!?!" jalal asked full of firmness, jodha confused how to explain Jalal.

"I... I have to go to village now !!!" jodha replied while leaving jalal and walk towards tanmai's car.

"I will take you to village !!!" Said jalal while pulling jodha's hand and forced her to sit into his car.

"Tanmai... tell mom... I will take DOCTOR JODHA to village."

"Alright sir."

Jalal drive his car into. For a long time, there was silence and both were lost in their own thoughts. Jodha tries to open conversation with jalal.

"Hmm ... thank you ... for driving me to village"

"You owe me an explanation !!! Now answer why you didn't tell me you're a doctor ??"

"Who said I didn't?!?! I already said that my job is to treating sick people !! If not a doctor then who else can treat sick people?!?! And in fact, its you who conclude that I am a sick person babysiter. obviously it's your fault not mine. " replied jodha.

"Then how can you speak French?!?!."

"I learn from internet"

"You're lying !!! I don't trust you anymore !!!"

They reached the village at night. As soon as they arrived at jodha's house, Moti was surprise by Jalal's arrival with jodha.

There are only 2 rooms, one for moti and another for jodha. whether they want or not, jalal and jodha have to sleep in the same room. Jodha shows where their room is. without much talk jalal went straight into jodha's room, jodha followed behind him.

"Listen Doctor Jodha.. i am too tired to argue with you about how we are going to sleep. Because there is only one bed, we inevitably have to share, if you mind sleeping in the same bed with me, please find another place. Good night," said Jalal. This made jodha a little annoyed with jalal.

"hey ... but this is my room !!! you sleep on the sofa ... !!"

"I'm a guest here doctor .. so as a good host you have to make me comfortable in your house" said jalal who immediately lay down on the bed.

With annoying face, jodha agree to sleep in the bed with jalal. After changing her dress, she lay beside jalal, but not before putting a bloster between them. jalal smile thinking jodha is sleeping beside him.

"I know you keep a lot of secrets.. jodha .. and I swear to find out who you really are... my village girl." Thought jalal.

At mid night, jalal woke up feeling cold, he was about to pull a blanket but surprised when he saw a beautiful view beside him. for a moment jalal couldn't breathe, he felt as if the world stopped spinning.

"SUBHANALLAH ... who have I married to? An angel or what? She is so beautiful..." Jalal was amazed by looking at jodha's face.

Suddenly jalal's fingers trace each curve of Jodha's pretty face, slowly he touches Jodha's eyebrows then down to her lashes, then down her sharp nose and then down to jodha's rosy lips. jalal really want to feel those lips, then slowly jalal brings his face closer to jodha's face and ... jalal lightly kissed jodha's lips, after that he quickly lay back afraid that jodha will wake up because of his actions.

Jodha only wriggled a little, not because of jalal's kiss, but in fact he was feeling too cold, suddenly jodha hugged jalal and snuggled into him and without thinking jalal also welcomed Jodha's embrace, and pressed his body against her to give warmth. it's their first night sleeping in a bed and jalal loves it.

The sunshine greeted her through her bedroom window. Jodha tried to open her eyes but she felt a strange beat in her ears, and was so shocked when she knew that what she heard was the sound of jalal's heartbeat, finally he realized that at this time his head was lying on his chest and his hands were hugging him, who knows how long she is sleeping on jalal's chest, but jodha likes jalal's heartbeat sound and she closes his eyes to enjoy the rhythm.

"Good morning doctor !!! I think it's time for you to wake up because your patient must be waiting for you" said jalal who had been awake all this time.

Jodha who heard jalal's words, shyly got up and left jalal without seeing his face. Jalal was enjoying jodha shyness.

"I will not let go you MY VILLAGE GIRL." jalal said to himself.

"dad ... I'm so sorry ... today I can't able to come to office because today I want to accompany MY WIFE in village."

"Alright ... be careful, convey my greetings to my daughter in law ..." said humayun.

"I will dad ... bye ..."

"You're escaping from your work!?!?" said jodha suddenly surprising jalal, it turns out that jodha had been listening to jalal's conversation with his dad.

"oh.. god... give me strength to hold myself from losing my desire for her ." Inner jalal who saw jodha in her real form, water dripping from her wet hair, her face looking radiant fresh, she didnt wear her glasses with this jalal could see her beautiful hazel brown eyes.

"MY VILLAGE GIRL"
