Does her moral permits her to call others filth,look down at others? Answer is No.
A person who is good is heart,must show respect to others,doesn't hold themselves superior than others.
Now let's come to your question:-
1.Why then, did she support ex-friend Jasmine who makes no secret about that fact that she dislikes Rubina, against Rakhi who always has been and still is - respectful and sweet to her?
2.Why then did she enjoy and laugh at that very Rakhi when ex-friend Jasmine and new friend Nikki were bullying and demeaning her?
Answer:-Rubina supported Jasmin as she also shares all the bullying qualities as Jasmin possess.She herself doesn't feel any remorse when she talk disrespect with people whether that's Ejaz or even her own husband.She herself look down at people like Arshi,Rakhi and even Nikki too for whom she commented "gharka mahol ganda ho jana".There is just a slight difference between Jasmin and Rubina.While Jasmin full of vileness and negativity,doesn't stop herself to show her reality in front of others but Rubina does have same qualities but she hold herself as standard wali,classier,educated,superior being than all others.She does enjoy mocking others,making fun,laughing at others that's why she was thoroughly enjoying her ex friend's bullying session.
Rakhi is sweet and respectful towards Rubina but on the other hand,Rubina,her superiority and classy nature clarifies that she doesn't like Rakhi.But she doesn't show it as she don't want to confront Rakhi's OTT avatar.
