Ha I know but there still can be a rift over content and trp too play a crucial role here colors as a channel only run on trp and voot as digital platform needs subscription both have different hierarchy system as well we can't compare voot with Disney plus hotstar. Hotstar provides more content (disney shows and movies including infinity war saga and star wars series also they have hbo shows and cw shows along side with the ipl and of course they have a great collection of Bollywood movies and web series) that voot can only imagine, what voot has to offer except bigg boss and colors shows. Colors show needs trp even if they are on 2 spot but still they are quite behind with star plus

There was also similar situation with wb and hbo max over content the fact that hbo max is part of wb and suppose to be a rival of Disney plus they still don't have all the wb movies and there was a rift between hbo max and dc universe over some content( titans and doom patrol), dc universe is also a digital platform comes under wb so you get the idea na what I am trying to say
